I used them for a bit and they did have a positive effect, but I was being primarily treated for anxiety. If you talk with a psych and he recommends it I'd say do it. You can't really mix alcohol with them though.

I was on Zoloft for the record.

I couldn't smash while on it. You still have the urge and can have sex but forgot busting you'll spend days at the point but eventually quit in frustration. It's like endless edging. I stopped them flushed them realized people get depressed its life and found distractions. Sex life back to normal

I also had the drop in libido but it didn't totally destroy my sex drive.

They do help overall but you need to be careful with them. In my experience they can mess with sleep and libido.
Don't rely on them though, they're an assist not a cure. You still need to actively try to help yourself.

Not op but i got put on zoloft as well. Told the doc i drink too much too often he told me its fine with most people but it can intensify the alcohols effect

They help with physical aspect of depression but not the mental one.

They are worth it in my opinion. Only ssri’s ive tried the newer ones and they suck ass. Trintellix and Viibryd.

Can confirm, one drink can feel like two. Can be dangerous if you're drinking spirits.

Things get worse for a bit but after abt 4 weeks you even out. They work wonders for anxiety but if your depression is situational (I.e you're a lazy fat shit) it wont make you feel any happier if you dont change your situation

They stop me from wanting to kill myself but unfortunately I think they have also dulled some of my creativity. I used to be able to write really funny and crazy stuff but I don’t think I can any more. The upside is probably worth the downside.

I stopped using, they were making me feel tired all the time and also made me lose interest in everything.. It even somehow made me lose interest in porn, I was able to not fap for like 60 days when I was taking

Just take some lsd instead. Zoloft and antidepressants are really fucking bad for you.

I just started my treatment 2 months ago and my doc gave me fluoxetin by another source. Now I'm hungry all the time

had them for about two months. except of the lower need for smoking, I didn't notice anything special. Also, it was annoying af to remember every day if I took them.

vyvanse seems good but i worry about the speed aspect. maybe lsd or the like would be better.

I've taken a 1/2 a dozen or so different kinds. Found 1 that worked for a few years, then got put on another, etc.

I get depressed sometimes, but I haven't gone down to the depths of despair in a long time.
