No, he didn't, he played like shit. Stats don't tell the whole story. Hackett made the gameplan as babby tier as he possibly could. All Bortles did was not fuck the easy shit. Hand the ball to Fournette (and Yelton) and throw play action. Any time they needed him to drop back and make a difficult throw he couldn't do it. If the Jags had even an average QB they would've won the game going away.
