Wow, i thought europeans had a big tradition with halloween, so only people from the american continent celebrate it?
NO YOU STUPID SPIC CUNT IT IS OUR HOLIDAY AND WE ALL CELEBRATE IT EVERYYEAR BY DOING TRADITIONAL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATE WITH OICHE SAMHAIN LIKE LIGHTING BONFIRES YOU STUPID SPIC AMERICAN BITCH

Some kids go out trick or treating, but lots of people put up signs saying 'no trick or treaters', and lots of others don't buy any sweets or chocolate for it, so it's a bit pointless. Other than that, it might be a theme for parties (I went out last night and saw lots of people dressed up), but that's about it. No one cares during the day, at least.
>Pagan traditions
No
I'm glad that piece of Americanization retardation has not landed here
Me on the left
It is NOT an American feast you DUMB CUNT. Do some research.
me on the left
1. Canada
2. Yes. It's as popular here as it is in The States. Everyone celebrates it in every province and territory.
>not combining the traditions
Dress up in costumes, get shitfaced, and light bonfires. Jesus Christ no wonder your country is circling the toilet if you can’t summon up even this much imagination.
Not in its core but the candy and dressing up as sluts is American
We do celebrate All Saints' Day
>put peanuts on her asshole
>get conguitos
Of course you guys don’t celebrate it, that would require going outside and interacting with people. It would interfere with the normal activities of Finnish folk such as drinking alone and killing themselves.
This picture really makes me want to race mix with a Colombian girl.

Even in Nunavut and the Northwest Territories?
>celebrating halloween
>when Carnaval exists
but why?
me no
others yes
I met an Inuit person once who complained that it was Halloween and there still wasn't any snow... she said that in the North they usually did Trick Or Treating on snowmobiles because it gets cold so much earlier up there. So yes, it's everywhere.
Define "celebrate". I put up some dollar-store decorations, fill a bowl with some cheap candy, and...that's it. If our building got trick-or-treaters I'd probably dress up in a generic vampire costume and hand out candy, but we don't, so I just slowly eat the candy over the course of October.
>We do celebrate All Saints' Day
unironically i did not think Finland is that religious
It was really popular for a decade or so, but I feel like it's lost a lot of its popularity these past few years.
It's like we can only adopt one American holiday at a time, and we're gradually transitioning to Thanksgiving, or something.
That being said, I usually celebrate by making a pumpkin pie and getting comfy in my room with a blanket and a horror movie.
It's not like we have parades or anything for it but it's tradition to bring candles to the graves of your dead relatives and almost every grave is lit making graveyards a beautiful sight
Plus it's a national holiday
>flag
Only kids and idiots celebrate halloween, dressing up is more an american thing.
We kinda celebrate it at work. For example, this is what I brought to work.
The holiday is Irish, the phrase "trick-or-treat" is Canadian. Nothing American about it. Those goblins can't actually come up with any culture on their own.
What's the difference between Carnival and Halloween? It all comes down to debauchery and large parades and parties.
Why not have both? We do
Depends where in the country. I don't know how many people celebrate it in other places, but here we celebrate Sint Maarten on the 11th of november instead of halloween. It basically is going door to door for candy without costumes while you sing some song and carry a small paper lantern. The neighbouring town where I lived orginaly doesn't do it like this and they did a walk through the centre of the town for children where they recieve a bag of candy, fruit and some dutch stuff at the end.
>not celebrating your annual holiday because a bunch of autists around the world felt like joining in
You don't have Remembrance/Armistice Day on 11 Nov?
She has a big butt.
1) USA
2) When I was a kid I used to go around and trick or treat get lots of candy. As a teenager I would hang out with friends, sometimes dressed up and sometimes not. As an adult? I guess I'll stay home and try to nag my husband into watching a spooky movie. Doubt we will get any trick or treaters .
I would have assumed you were a gay man but since you started your post by randomly critiquing another woman I believe you are yourself a woman.
We have those on the 4th of may, followed by liberation day on the 5th where we celebrate the end of the nazi occupation.
Halloween is more spooky stuff? Like people use it to party but they do that for a lot of holidays.
Carnival/Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras is more pure debauchery to set off Lent which was supposed to be a time of austerity but nowadays just means you take 1x a week to eat fish instead of burger (only if you are a Catholic).
I am a woman and women outnumber gay men like 10 to 1 but that wasn't supposed to be a critique her butt is legitimately big. Its not a bad thing (at least not in 21st century USA can't speak for other nations)
1) Brazil
2)Obviously yes, we celebrate all holidays here, they are just another reason to trow a party and not work
normis, yes.
me, no.
that's not Colombia, we don't have such architecture-
Yes, in fact I was personally the first person to celebrate it.
kek why are you so mad
Its becoming a thing now
