Mosquitos, roaches, rats.

My dog kills rats very efficiently. That’s our deterrent.

Mosquitoes and roaches are unavoidable, just use bug spray regularly and try to keep your surrounding areas clean. I spray under the door so the roaches will die as they try to come in, but I still find some sometimes. If you leave a window open they will fly in.

Aside from normal bullshit like termites we do get some spiders.
We gas the entire house for a day every now and then, just to avoid those brown recluse cunts.

Gypsies. Although it's cold outside so they don't hang around anymore.

The occasional turk(roach) or small spider once a year. But it isn't a problem because they are rare in my part of LA.
In the Mexican ghettos there are tons of roaches which crawl out of the sewers at night.

Having an apex predator helps.

She's killed 4 rats that I know about.

Mice are really common, so are ants and cloth moths.

Never seen a rat, but I am sure they are around, they are sneaky and too smart for traps. Never seen a roach either.
