I'm a practicing Roman Catholic. I only know a few dozen young people, and some priests, with whom I can discuss religion and politics. It's otherwise hard to make lasting friendships because my religion makes me not fit in with most people, including my own non-practicing family.

My girlfriend is quite conservative, but she's not a Catholic yet (culturally Shinto but interested in Catholicism) and even then it's hard to discuss some things with her.

I can't go to uni or the CBD without being bombarded by socialist material or YES posters.
People act like my religious demographic prevails in this country, but I've felt like an outsider for my whole life, in society and my family.

I obviously can't blame society for not being like me. I would probably fit in best in some French peasant village in the 1500s. But still feels bad man.

Kansas city

Perth

Really like it here desu

Singapore?

BALLAIGUES
The romans used to pass by my village one their "salt way".
in the early 20th century, Ballaigues was really renown for its good and fresh air and soon became a tourist destination for rich english people. we had a lot of hotels from where the rich people could benefit the beautiful landscape and the pure air.
Ballaigues was then the leader in Europe for its dental drills and its ALPIQ cameras. It's now a little village without pretension where living is good but a bit boring.

I saw you post this picture like a year ago. At least i assume it was you

Whats wrong with perth?

Read that wrong. Ignore this

Don't understand how you could, Perth's only redeeming quality is that it isn't Sydney.

OP here. That's actually really interesting that you're a practicing catholic but your family are non-practicing, good on you for following your faith. I was raised catholic but am now agnostic, the religion just didn't do it for me. However, I don't discriminate those who practice because 1. I'm not a fuckwit and 2. I realise that stereotypes are not true (for the most part). I'm sorry you feel the way you do, the city can be overwhelming with all the socialist fucks but hey - we got some pretty churches in the city and they can't touch that. Whether they like it or not, the country technically was and still is majority roman catholic no matter how much they want to silence it, and although it's fading, it has played a large part in our culture.

Paris of course

Guess.

Aakirkeby

Are you a kike or a nigger?
