October is hands down the best month, in the best season of the year, even though it transitions to the absolute fucking worst season. Halloween is the shit, the weather is fucking perfect because you have a mixture of all the weather of every season in one, and the horror movie marathons on tv are just the icing on the cake. every other month/season sucks dick compared to October/fall:
in winter you have nonstop air time of shitty, annoying christmas songs, tv shows and movies, the winter (as well as summer) is the season where lots of people die due to no fault of their own sometimes, the temperatures fucking suck and you can't do anything comfortably (also a summer issue), christmas, thanksgiving and black friday bring out the absolute worst in people, valentine's day brings out the worst in women and shows jist how entitled they all are, but the only good thing to come from winter is eggnog.
spring sucks because it is always fucking raining and recently we've had our worst blizzards in april and may, april fools day is very funny when you're a kid but gets really old really fast once you're in college, may literally has nothing but a beaner "holiday" going on. the only respectable holiday in spring is saint patrick's day (2nd best holiday of the year.
summer sucks because july 4 is every single day of june, july and august, the temps get to unbearable levels and no matter how many layers you take off, you can't get cool if the a.c. is broken (which happens quite a bit to a fuckton of people), and school starts back
