Yes

When you die your consciousness lives on in a dark void until the universe dies. Few trillion years. Youll wish u never made kids and noone made you.

To who? For what purpose?
Objectively and above all, of course not, what are you, 12?

No

I have this debilitating anxiety where I think once I die, another first person perspective will come about. It's not reincarnation. It's stems from the fact that you cannot experience being dead, therefore there can only be awareness/consciousness

yes. every life that things your worth a damn means your worth more then before. every life you think is worth a damn is worth more. human life matters

old people and babies matter less then others

Nope, you essentially have to bring your own meaning to life.

Where was meaning to life when vikings came over and killed and raped etc?

Where was karma and morality then?

Its ok
All u fags will never be happy
Or touch you 1 inch pee pees is that why u all like cuck porn and BBC vids?

"Mattering" is a spook.

Only white human lives. The only subspecies of humanity to ever develop technology and reach for the stars.

Wow, this turned metaphysical real fast...

I learned a sentence from a course I attend : People don't care how much you know... Until they know how much you care.

I think that is an essential part of the question you just asked.

You have unlimited access to knowledge, it's up to you how you use it though, and can only be done at your discretion, so "human lives" don't really matter, until you start to matter.

Not for god, not for other people, you have to matter on your own, the rest is second tiers that can be "obstained" as prizes for a successfull "life achievement"

it can be easily replaced so no.

lol, get past lvl 1 junior

the answer to this question depends on. the context.
in a physical sense: no.
in a pholosophical sense : no

The egyptians, the sumerians, the aztecs all made the foundations witch the greeks put together and the "wites" advanced. It's only recently that only whites did it.

Some do. Most don’t. Yours most likely doesn’t.

HUNTER PENCE

What about trailer trash whites?

>gibs me dat
niggers been nigging since the beginning of time it seems

3rd post best post. Broad philosophy like that is fun for casual chatting but I really hate it when actual philosophy students take it seriously and start sperging out on concepts THAT broad.
So, it depends. On the big scope no we don't matter shit, we've only existed for what, 2019 years? Dinosaurs existed for millions of years.

If you saw this planet's history as a series, the dinosaurs are the main stuff with about 24 seasons and humans are just 3 episodes of filler.
But I'll still humour your question and remark that no, we don't matter. Humans are replaceable except in very few cases and even then it's a matter of someone else being born and raised and randomly stumbling upon the same idea as the genius who died.
I remember stuff like lightbulbs or television being tested on different countries around the same time periods, meaning that even if one guy hadn't "invented" them as we know it, someone else was very close to doing it. All of our discoveries would have been eventually created, most likely. And if (You) died, mostly everyone would just go on with their own lives, we don't have that much of an impact except on very close relationships.

Look at this faggot sperging out

Are we minds with bodies or bodies with minds?

Not particularly.

I fucking know. I still kinda wanted to answer but I like to think I remained objective.

Some

Depends on what you mean.

If humans evolve into something worthwhile and everlasting in the future, then sure.

Those who passed down their genes to the creatures that may break the boundaries of time, space, mortality, entropy, etc. - they matter in the grand-scheme.

However that's probably wishful thinking and we're likely fucked.

>2019 years
You are fucking retarded

Mine does, yours doesn’t.

Well that's our recorded history as human beings

AD

The thing is, every "philosopoher" takes the "objective" stand.

Let me ask you this : If mattering is a relevant feeling, does it matter to whom we matter ?

And, if by suggest... does it even matter that we matter irrelevantly ?

As I see it, the OP should have phrased the question : Are we relevant ?

Instead of :

Does human life matter ?

I think going down that avenue would probably lead to the answer he seeks

okay my jimmies are rustled

do tell wtf is lvl 1 you inbreed.

who the fuck could say the human life does not have value are you dense. human life vs animal life vs insect life vs proyroctic life

oh fuck human life has no value hur dur i don't care about anything aren't i cool guys huh i'm cool guys

Seriously, just google "civilization BC" I'm not sure if you really are this dumb or pretending.

We've been capable of language for at-least 50,000 years.

Here, it's fun to learn: khanacademy.org/humanities/world-history/world-history-beginnings/origin-humans-early-societies/a/where-did-humans-come-from

I did know thinking humans were a thing from way way back thanks to the Epic of Gilgamesh but I never read just how ancient we truly are. Tens of thousands of years, that's nice.
Still pretty small compared to the dinosaurs but not so insignificant.

Yes. So more than 2019 years... dum dum.

>2019 ----

Modern humans with our anatomy and brain development - 200,000 years old...

Read a book my friend, we are halfway to where we need to be within the evolutionary goal

> brain development
Haha

"evolutionary goal"

To the humans living it, yes, extremely. To the universe in general, not a fucking bit. Zero. Not even the tiniest amount. Nothing we ever do will ever effect the universe as it is. There are quadrillions of living, sentient creatures in it, and none of them will ever do anything to prevent the heat death of the universe, and eventual remaking with another big bang. I like to think that we aren't even the first go around, that the universe has been creating, living, dying, and being reborn for an astronomical amount of time.

Look at society around you and what’s happening with nature and you tell me if humanity matters at all

Nope. Next?

Not even slightly. It's all worthless.

Attached: JC11.jpg (640x895, 146K)

People tend to dislike it when you treat them like their lived dont matter, so it's more practical to assume their lives do matter. Also it is definatly practical to assume your own life matters.

Human lives seem to matter throughout history, singular people have changed the world and the societies we live in.

It just might be our lives matter alot more than we think they do, but we could also just die tomoro to a rouge meteor.

human's yes. people's no

In the grand scheme of things no. But in the lives of everyone around them yes. A human life is infinitely valuable and worthless. A person could do nothing at all or change the world and you really don't know until after they die.

No.

Probably the best answer you're ever going to get to this question.

Yes, whites matter.

all human lives matter if they're not a bunch of deadweight menace to society.

i mean if we all died then it kind of doesnt matter because the world is bigger than us. but dying hurts in some cases so we avoid death because hurting sucks.

based.
