How do we solve the football imperialism problem?
1. Former colonial nations exploit the superior athletic qualities of africans and gain an unfair advantage over non-colonial nations.
2. The domestic european players are robbed of a chance to represent their country and themselves, because they can't possibly compete.
3. African countries are drained of their finest legs and also can't compete.
Everyone loses but the imperialists, who most deserve to be punished.

Given the "football imperialism problem," how do we explain the absurd accomplishments of Italy, Brazil and Germany, who had basically zero colonies and can't exploit them like the French and Dutch?
