Why can't they beat farmers or Z teams?

Why can't they beat farmers or Z teams?
How hard can it be? it's just kicking a ball around... Just put it inside the goal, lads.

Because they don't give a crud

The ones playing clearly do

They can, they just need to find a manager who will stop calling up MLS players.

alternatively, just abolish the mls

Don't abolish, reform. The MLS is currently formatted like the NFL. We need to end the draft/salary cap and introduce promotion/relegation.

pro/rel

>muh mlels
thats all youre going to hear from the herd now

Yes. Lets call little Timmy that plays in a 3rd division team in England.

Hate to break it to you. MLS is as good as its goona get. From time to time will have some Chicano that strays off from the mexican national team. (more than likely a reject that will play for our team)

>MLS is as good as its gonna get
Then no wonder we didnt qualify to the world cup. Id rather have a kid in the English Championship over the MLS.

This board is for sports

Tbh most players in the English Championship, League 1 and League 2 are better than English players in the PL, so you can't go too wrong with selecting guys from those tiers.

Calling up little Timmy should be the obvious choice here cause League One > MLS on all fronts.

Report the thread then.

He's too scared of a wrongful report ban the little pussy

huh did the soccer team have a game recently?
arent they out of the world cup? How are they playing games?

They played a friendly against the z team of bosnia and it ended up 0-0

Wow, America fairs badly against Muslim insurgents, what a shock.

false, every american soccer "star" has the most inflated ego and delusional perspective of their team and sport. their prep school asses think their impact on the nation is equivalent to 11 third worlders raised in slums providing emotional support to a war torn country

>0-0
great sport you got there

But it was the failure of the team to score. The goalposts are right there.
Look for example here. We beat chile 3-0
youtube.com/watch?v=JS4VCP4oySU

Germany beat us 7-1 in 2014

Yugoslavia didnt score either

It was their z team though. It's because it's hard to score. Do you want it to be made easier? I hear americans saying that soccer is easy and simple but then how do you explain these low scores?

It was also a friendly. In competition there's a table. A win is worth 3 points and a draw is worth 1. If you need a definite winner there's a penalty shootout.

Mls is such fucking shit. As long as our national players play in that piss poor league the national team will never get anywhere.

Maybe, just maybe, the overall quality of players in the US is shit because no one gives a fuck about it except sheltered middle-upper income fuckgoofs mommy put in socker to give him something to do but too scared to put him in a better sport.

Youre all like automatons coming up with this narrative that if the mls didn't exist you'd be rolling right now lol

>muh MLS
>muh expensive academies
That's all I hear

>better sport

Or are you talking about that one only freakishly tall dudes play? Or that one that is more boring than watching grass grow (boreball)?

>if no smash me no like. me like only collide

The USA is an above average footballing nation; where we have the quality needed to dispatch of smaller nations with ease, but lack that next step on the world stage to cause trouble to the power houses. The USA, when playing a larger team, is always the one reacting to what is happening and never is the one causing reactions, which is why you see games like USA vs Portugal, because they're smart enough to know how to defend, but not tactically superior enough to expose an opposition and actually score (Wondo). But when you place the same squad in front of a smaller, unknown country, they just don't show up because they refuse to see the competitive nature of it. It's always been USA's problem; an aire of superiority that's never been earned.

The MLS isn't a bad league, but the longer it remains financially restricted by Garber, the US will never progress. Money needs to be spent on bringing a wealth of talent, both managerial, player, and backroom, into the USA to change and shape the way it plays.
