Obi-Wan states to chancellor Palpatine that Sith Lords are our speciality

>Obi-Wan states to chancellor Palpatine that Sith Lords are our speciality
>Obi-Wan has only killed one Sith Lord in his whole career and that was almost by pure luck
>Anakin has never beaten a Sith Lord

What did he mean by this?

A mixture of bravado for himself, and reassurance for Palpatine.

What did you mean by your autism?

But the line still make no sense.

After a quick inspection of the arena, he gained a brief jolt of confidence glimpsing the upper-walkway, realizing it could be used as a proper high-ground base from which to auto-win the fight.

Unfortunately, he was beaten before he could properly gain his footing up there.

>Obi-wan has killed 100% of the sith lords killed by Jedis in the past 1000 years
>Pretending he's not the specialist sith slayer

it was sarcasm

What did jedi even do when there was no sith or wars?

Kek I love the high ground meme

Jedi's specialty is to remove sith.

Was that to hard for your autism to grasp?

I took my father to see Rogue One today. I’ve wanted to take him for a while. I wanted my Mexican father, with his thick Mexican accent, to experience what it was like to see a hero in a blockbuster film, speak the way he does. And although I wasn’t sure if it was going to resonate with him, I took him anyway. When Diego Luna’s character came on screen and started speaking, my dad nudged me and said, “he has a heavy accent.” I was like, “Yup.” When the film was over and we were walking to the car, he turns to me and says, “did you notice that he had an accent?” And I said, “Yeah dad, just like yours.” Then my dad asked me if the film had made a lot of money. I told him it was the second highest grossing film of 2016 despite it only being out for 18 days in 2016 (since new year just came around). He then asked me if people liked the film, I told him that it had a huge following online and great reviews. He then asked me why Diego Luna hadn’t changed his accent and I told him that Diego has openly talked about keeping his accent and how proud he is of it. And my dad was silent for a while and then he said, “And he was a main character.” And I said, “He was.” And my dad was so happy. As we drove home he started telling me about other Mexican actors that he thinks should be in movies in America. Representation matters.

How? you realize characters can lie? he was trying to reassure Palpatine. instead of saying "oh shit you're right palpatine we're fucked"

But its not the jedi way.

Darth Maul didn't die

From his point of view he did

not to mention Dooku handed them their asses the first time they fought

To be fair, he has spent like 5 years wrecking Sith Lord plans and breaking his armies, so from a certain point of view he's not exaggerating.

Diego Luna was great. It's an actual shame Cassian died on Scarif, I'd have liked to see more of him in future works.

>Obi-Wan has only killed one Sith Lord in his whole career and that was almost by pure luck
Anakin was pretty much a Sith Lord once he gave himself to the dark side. That makes two.
>Anakin has never beaten a Sith Lord
Didn't he behead Count Dooku?

And threw the Emperor off a cliff.

Dooku and the Emperor's defeats both came ater that line was spoken.

Obi is strong with the force. He spoke subconsciously sensing the future, but wasn't aware of it.

Get the fuck out of my country. I bet your dad has the wrong flag hanging from his rear view mirror.

Epic.
