i used to have acne on my face and did all the things you usually do: bedsheets, different soaps and washing stuff, warm/cold water, didn't touch my face, touched my face, ate right, drank water, different creams and a whole bunch of different mixtures of all these and nothing.
got some isotretinoin and that shit cleared in a month... you might just have shit genes.

I had the same problem. When I changed to a healthy lifestyle it disappeared. Eating healthy (no white flour, no sugar mainly), and working out regularly. But eating healthy was the key I think.
