Also, I just got into Star Trek last month. Can any of you fellow anons recommend me the best episodes from the original series? I'm not interested in anything after that btw

Star Trek IV?

> Kirk is the villain, Guinan dies in the beginning, Scotty refuses to fix a machine

Anything that doesn't involve Quark doesn't matter.

dubs of truth and logic checked. Quark was the Space Trump- he was comic relief but never realized he was the comic relief character. he promised to make Ferenginar great again

>Spock tricks everyone and gets court martialed by a hologram

I was thinking of Tom Riker in Defiant, although the one where Picard poses as a criminal archaeologist might also work

>entire series of STD
...also accurate. Good call.

It's a completely alien race but they speak American

this one is a trick question. it's Loaded Weapon, a parody comedy film. it features Shatner as the villain General Mortars, Whoopi Goldberg as herself, and James Doohan as Scotty

I always assume this is the universal translator, although there are some times when the aliens (especially Kilgons) still speak in their own languages which makes that theory less plausible...
