No. In real life or death situation I assume i'd try to survive but i've got no real issues with dying.

No camped at some dudes property that we rented (air bnb but for camping) that was like 15 min from the dunes. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the area because its a pretty long drive from denver that never really seems worth it. I've never rented a sled or board either though, does seem fun but i think id rather just snowboard so i dont have to walk up. The second time was the first time i actually walked all the way up a dune and it was way more of a pain in the ass than i expected, especially with a backpack full of camera gear.
