i've been in the same situation as you OP.
basically you have 2 choices.
>A)
where you accept that she'll never enjoy sex, you'll likely rarely (if ever) get sex in the relationship, her sex drive will always be low and her periods irregular. at best she'll give you the odd blowjob or let you do anal just to try and satisfy you but due to her lowered sex drive she'll feel like she's doing it because she has to.
