We don't have animation aside from a Netflix show, some cartoon network shorts that might or might not become a show, some flash-tier rehash of some bad comedy of the 70s (which looks worse than some actual flash animations made for youtube), a dull movie about a caterpillar, and some old show about a semi-recognized comedian we had in the last century. That's it. I don't think you can call that as "having animation industry", even if it's more than everyone else except Brazil.
The only other semi-noteworthy that I can think of from here is an obscure 5 minute short that nobody knows about.
We don't have an industry. Nobody in Latin America does.
