Elfrid Payton had 16 points in the first against Golden State

lol

Bring him home, Chicago. Bring our boy home.

Did he finally cut his hair?

>Gordon Hayward can't do shit he's white
what did pres mean by this?

youtube.com/watch?v=zw2-pcpCZ5M

no but thats coming soon

not even!

just think of how many he would have scored if he was bald. it scares me.

honestly if I was Phoenix Suns GM Ryan McDonough I would pay a homeless man to throw bubblegum into Elfrid Payton's hair forcing him to cut it

Winstreak and climbing the standings bros ww@

You would just need to pay the homeless man to cut off his hair instead. Like a random scissor attack.

It's a delicate balance, though, you don't want to run the risk of hurting your precious young basketballer accidentally

warriors get so much refball

Yet they still complain and get techs for it.

you may only respond to this post if your point guard is a rapper

"rapper" doesn't mean "good rapper"

also, like half the point guards in the league are rappers

DONOVAN MITCHELL IN THE CLUTCH HOLY SHIT

funny how LeFlop never gets refball

>Elfrid Payton becomes the next Magic player to become useful elsewhere

>7th seed

Posts that didn't age well

im not a lebron fan

>I thought Pop was elite especially out of a timeout

He was pretty useful already in Orlando. The trade was an RFA thing, I think - presumably Orlando didn't want to pay him.

That's cringy af

>spuds
>all that spaghetti

MITCHELL IS ROTY NOT EVEN A DEBATE LITERALLY WON THEM THIS GAME IN THE CLUTCH

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA 10 GAME WIN STREAK

Trade Anderson when?

>Mitchell scored the Jazz's last 5 points

APOLOGIZE

If anyone actively wanted him he'd be gone already. They'll probably pay someone to take him during the offseason.

STEPH CURRY WITH THE SHOT

Is Ingles and Mitchell the deadliest duo in the league?

Ben Simmons
>high BBIQ
>efficient scorer
>unselfish and gets teammates involved
>impacts the game even when not scoring
>can play 4 positions
>hot sister

Donovan Mitchell
>shameless chucker
>does nothing except jack up shots
>manlet with freak arms
>gets constantly bailed out by elite teammates like Favors and Joe
>anger issues

No.

There should really be a higher degree of difficulty for ROTY based on age

It shouldn't just be given to whichever 23-year-old 5-year senior has the best season

Donovan Mitchell is that dude.

You can just see it. He oozes greatness.

Like Wade and Westbrook had a baby with long arms.

warriors are getting fed refball

LaVine>Wiggins
Debate me.

Who are you arguing for/against here?

4 years later and the suns are still dogshit terrible

>>efficient scorer

Donvan Mitchell is 58% shooting in the paint and can actually score from outside the restricted circle.

you're right that Andrew Wiggins sucks but don't throw your fellow Canadian under the bus like that

No point in that when it’s true

mostly against mitchell

He's just buttmad about the Sixers like 65% of this general

Simmons and Mitchell are the exact same age.

>muh jumpshots

oh no how could anybody ever be successful taking the highest percentage shot in the game

A bag of skittles > Wiggins

I think if for some reason Wiggins started to give a shit he would surpass anything Lavine is capable of

If only he got traded to the spurs or something

Then fuck Simmons too

Simmons is seven weeks older.

a p o l o g i z e

>y-yeah guys, now that okafor is with a REAL team, h-he's gonna show the league just how ELITE he really is. the sixers are so awful lol r-right...?

Mitchell for Lonzo. Who says no?

There's no debate, it's fact.

fuck donovan mitchell

Jazz
Suck a dick bitch, Simmons ain't winnin shit.

i dont think anyone thought okafor was good, especially compared to embiid

There were people who defended him but I think it was mostly just a lot of people who really, really love high-usage post scoring and therefore refused to acknowledge that, in fact, high-usage post scoring isn't good if you're bad at literally every other NBA skill. it was this whole weird nostalgic, back-in-the-day trip.

I’m sorry. You’re allowed to lick the seat where the post season sat in for awhile. Maybe some day, you’ll be able to sniff that raw stench upclose.

#FreeJah was a thing. A very real unironic thing.

Wiggins isn't even a better athlete than Lavine, he's just bigger. The main difference between the 2 though is that Lavine is driven and has an intense work ethic while Wiggins doesn't. If you compare their progressions after coming into the league it looks like Wiggins has barely gotten better at all while Lavine has added a bunch of stuff to his game. It's why Thibs and Jimmy had to nix the idea of letting Wiggins and KAT drive the team and turned it into Jimmy/KAT

>Memebiid can't win ROTY
>Brick Simmshit can't win ROTY
>Okashit traded away
>YesL's traded away
>Marklell Bust
Can we have a serious conversation about how the process has clearly failed?

I have a feeling Hinkie had a plan to flip Noel and Okafor into a good return but Silver and Coangelo fucked it all up.

And maybe Hinkie doesn't draft Fultz?

>7th seed
>allstar starter
>allster snub
>Pop coaching tree
>a bunch of solid young role players
>a bunch of cap to spend

keep hating my friend

Wiggins is athletic as fuck, that's like all he has going for him right now

LOVE philly
LOVE simmons
HATE chuckers
HATE jazz

Fultz was a good draft pick and the revisionist history is kind of frustrating. He was an amazing prospect, if flawed. The reason that he's bad is some bizarre and totally unforeseeable combination of injury and the yips. Anyone who tells you that he saw that coming is a liar.

Even after all that, that off-balance attempt had a shot to go in.

and Lavine is just as athletic if not more. The fucker can do a 360 from the freethrow line and is fast as hell.

>Nets unironically said yes to Okashit

They deserve to be relegated to the G-League with the Suns.

>Anyone who tells you that he saw that coming is a liar

But Ainge clearly saw this, what's why he traded down knowing he was drafting Tatum either way.

Don't blame others for your GM for being retarded.

Who did that big guy think he was going to crossup with that slow as fuck move?

I knew someone was going to say some shit like this.

Ainge did not know that Fultz was going to bust. He liked Tatum more than anyone else did, so he knew that he could trade down and still get him. And he deserves a huge amount of credit for that! No one else was as high on Tatum as he was, and he was totally right. It was a great draft pick.

But it's not proof that Danny Ainge foresaw that Fultz would suddenly and inexplicably get injured and forget how to shoot several months after the draft.

>Spurs choke away a 10 point lead
>Kyle shits the bed in the last minute
Please don't give him the ball in the clutch his release is too slow

I know he choked today but he's solid

Patience

I wish the Spurs had traded for Kyrie

Fultz is fat lmao

People were "high" on Tatum but his upside is believed to be lower than a bunch of the other prospects. The scouting book on Tatum was that he was well polished and could instantly be plugged in a nba starting lineup, but he might not have the potential of a Jackson, Fox, DSJ, etc.

Josh Jackson was the one who had people really buzzing. He and Fultz were at the top of most teams' draft boards. The Fultz thing is just inexplicable. Nobody could have foreseen this situation.

Is that pic real?

>He liked Tatum more than anyone else did

This.

Tatum wasn't even a concensus top 3 pick. I very distinctly remember, back on Liberty Ballers in the offseason, they did a community big board and Tatum was 7th on it. SEVENTH. The Duke factor no doubt played a huge role into that.

Also, don't forget that Celtics fans were fucking mad when they traded the #1 pick at the time.

What team is gonna get cucked into taking all three big ballers?

Only team retarded enough is the lakers

I freely admit that I hated on Tatum myself. I was really down on his defense. Mostly I think I was afraid of him being another Wiggins - he reminded me of Wiggins for some reason.

fuck it im just going to start the dance party early

see you in the finals Raptors

To this point, people were probably afraid of taking Duke guys, because aside from Kyrie, a lot of those dudes got hurt (Grant Hill, Jay Williams, Jabari) or were underwhelming (Ingram, Okafor, Justise Winslow).

His dad is gonna fuck this niggas career all the way up. Why is (L)onzo such a beta cuck?

Vytautas with head coach Lavar Ball

>Raptors
Lmao

>mfw lonzo is coming back
>mfw playoffs

...

Can't wait!

i for one am glad the spuds are losing. maybe the front office will have to actually do work now since the td/parker/manu free ride has ended.

he shook the fuck out of Kemba Walker there for sure

>Warriors up 30
>curry still in the game statpadding

Really dislike this dude

>pump fake
>no intention to actually shoot
why try to be a hero then? what fucking idiots. Manu and that literal G-Leaguer should retire.

IMO the Knicks should back the dump truck up to hire Quin Snyder next year.

Probably the most underrated coach in the league.

what team do you rep?

mitchell is a manlet chucker and he will be lucky to have the career monta ellis did

The Jazz

I hate Stan Van Gundy so much. If the Pistons dont make the playoffs he's gotta be locked for a firing right?

Do teams typically wait till the offseason to fire NBA coaches?
