Why doesn't anyone just get a sex doll and put a fursuit on it? If someone can afford a sex doll or a fursuit, then I don't see why they wouldn't spend extra money doing both.

I've seen much worse
this one doesn't look to bad imo

Looks quite good imho, although clearly unfinished *shrug*

I'll make one for you one day. I took robotics in my gifted class in elementary school, and I could figure out programming and machine learning, but I love machinery and engineering most of all. It would just be very time consuming, and very expensive.

I'm just going to save my money
If we're not all wiped out by war, plague or famine there will most likely be some nice off the shelf consumer robots in 20 or 30 years - just look at the advancements made since 2000
would only need to buy a rug and make some minor modifications :P

is Isabelle similar to Isabelle?

Well I can promise you right now, I'll be one of the lucky few to survive the war, plague, or famine because I'm a resilient little bastard.

Still waiting for advancements in graphene and multiwall carbon nanotube production because it would be really good for sending electrical impulses, and contracting and detracting like muscles. I have a feeling that stuff will be heavily used in AI for that particular reason.

I really think famine is going to be the big one.
historically there is a very clear pattern which occurs in decadent or colonized societies, where land ownership is consolidated into the hands of very few and is made to produce commodity crops for export and profit. Having your entire food supply pinned on a single point of failure / dependent on imports inevitably leads to it's collapse come the slightest change in climate or economy. The examples which followed this pattern are innumerable, from the fertile crescent civilizations, to rome, to communist revolutions in china and russia, the irish potato famine, the repeated famines in colonial India etc. Details are different but all have the same pattern of consolidation of agriculture for commodity crop usage followed by some disruption, followed by mass starvation.

Attached: 1491268529122.png (1070x837, 652K)

Here in the US that consolidation has been occurring since a change in farm policy in the 70s. At this point all we're waiting on is the disruption (likely a combination of climate change, mass refuge immigration, and halting of trade due to global conflicts), read about some of the problems currently occurring with our commodity crops due to trade wars for a taste of things to come.

That's why I very grateful to have a family that cares about the environment, and owns a successful, growing business. Eventually, we'll get the online store up and running, and invest in land and a farm. Personally, I'd really like to help build my own small community and town where everyone takes care of one another, primarily focused on culture and art, thus creating motivation to do simple things like farming, medicine, and science experiments and research. I want to do something great because I'm thankful for what I have, even if my upbringing was very rough because of a narcissistic mother. I want to make everyone happy and healthy, one step at a time.

I feel like there would be a lot less problems if the US didn't focus so much on trading with other countries, but producing our own products, particularly making use of the massive amounts of land this country has to offer by conducting soil work, and revitalizing the ground with better nutrients for crops to thrive off of. Simply put, all we really need to do is fix the ground to make growing things more sustainable, and make use of the sun, earth, and rainwater with the plants and fish to fuel the nitrogen cycle, thus growing healthy crops. Even hemp can be turned into hundreds of useful products to trade and use in a small community, which I hope to make one day.

Why is google so interested in training their AI to know what a fucking palm tree is. Are they going to eventually ask us to train it to identify between Pine, birch or maybe some Pacific Madrone? Is this useful for their future kill bots to know?

Attached: illust_62381950_20190825_115655.png (1120x1200, 872K)

it wasn't our choice to gut our manufacturing base
globalists looking to enrich themselves sold us out in favor of a "service economy" aka wage slavery doing useless makework

I should have enough for my own sustainability project in a couple more years. I actually have enough for the land right now but it's a little overwhelming picking the right location.

only thing I can think of is that their classifier was misclassing palm trees specifically as some kind of signage or telephone poles or something.
the ML stuff I work with makes similar mistakes that we have to focus training efforts on

Attached: b40cae6e28408a49cab40d17735b7332.png (1005x1200, 645K)

It's so the AI death machines know which trees to run over, killing all the animals living in them, and using them for palm oil in all the shit food we consume

I wish everyone had the opportunity to start their own farms and sustainability projects. Personally, I'm still thinking Montana would be a decent place because of how barren it is, and how much of the land could be used for vertical farming and hydroponics. It's cold as shit up there, but where humanity is headed with climate change, I don't think that really matters.

But valid point, Palm trees kinda share a similar shape to cell towers and could be mistaken by their algorithms.
