That would depend on the tractor you start with, and how much you want to do with it.
Most tractors don't have full frame, meaning that the engine and transmission are structural parts. Without them you have nothing to mount the suspension and axels to.
I expect you could fabricate a frame that replicates the mounting points for all that stuff and provides a place to mount the electric motor and batteries.
the next issue is that while electric motors are powerful, they draw a lot of power while under heavy load. For example, even a small trailer drops the range of a tessla to perhaps a quarter of its base range. If you add even more resistance to work by increasing the load with dirt moving implements the range and run time would drop even further.

I don't think you understand what PTSD is, and how bad it can mess up peoples' ability to think clearly without emotions. I'm calm now, but it's not as easy as "calm down" and just "get over it". Trying to rationalize with someone who has seen horrific things doesn't work. They should try responding nicely because they clearly don't seem to have any kind of emotional intelligence, or consider that some people have lived really fucked up lives. Only recently have I realized just how bad I've had it, and that's why it's so easy to set me off. I don't try to be angry, I don't want to be angry and fight with people. It's literally what I've grown up with and been traumatized by: insensitive assholes with no regard for others' emotions, on top of witnesses multiple deaths, some very violent, my entire childhood. You can't try to rationalize like "hurr just get over it!". The human psyche doesn't work that way, especially if one's brain physically didn't develop right because of said traumatic events.
