I fart and burp all the time. I seem to have gas constantly and I release it in some form approximately every 5 minutes. Apparently I do it in my sleep too.
If I'm on my own, surrounded by family or friends, I fart loudly without any attempt to conceal it. If I'm in public I still fart and burp but quieter. Even in work and in meetings I fart but I just do it quieter. They almost never smell, and even if they do its pretty mild and passes quickly.
There are only very rare circumstances in which I'll hold it in, the conditions have to meet all of the following criteria:
> I have eaten spicy food or drank lots of beer the night before
> I have farted a few times already and they fucking stink
>I'm in a social environment with people I'm not totally comfortable with
Good question. Care to answer?
Heavy consumerism, and the sense of validation that apparently comes from doing it ad punctum naufragii financial
k. now this time, from ur heart pls .;_;
feels like a ladder to me user got the guys at the bottom who are said they are depressed or have health issues while they are young/other bs/mix in the janitors and you've got your wage slaves who feeds off their music and products. wich it then used for their military for continue their stealth takeover straight forward man
we don't.
a very small percentage do.
and they happen to be the ones that do nothing and have all the time in the world to talk about it.
for the most part, people in the US do not give a fuck about people on TV.
Boredom I guess, it's a vicious cycle of having uninteresting friends because they are just like that and escaping into other people's lives because your friends are uninteresting. Kids have gotten lamer, I blame it on that.
Most Americans are brainwashed into being braindead consumers. Celebrity worship is another tool to mask their shitty lives by giving them hope that one day they will "make it" working at their shitty minimum wage job and obtain a lavish life celebs have. It's just another system to keep the poor people from thinking critically.
This.. this is true. No one has hobbies now and days.
Take sports for example.
>why?
Some sports are alright, like soccer (football), golf, bowling, Chess, etc, but look at how sports are regarded in 'Merica:
>millions in paraphernalia
>superbowl treated like a national holiday
>ads
>that thing similar to the superbowl, but with basketball instead
>more ads
>being considered 'fucked up' or people assuming something is "wrong" with you if you aren't into sports
>did I mention ads? Because this was brought to you by Papa John's or whatever
>sports-types treating non-sports types like literal shit their whole lives, even as children, or even as adults *to* children
>inter alia
And that's just sports. Celebs? Everyone wants to *be* like them, because they feel these celebrities, though parasitic and otherwise irrelevant sans their 'acting/singing talent,' are somehow "better" than 'normal folk' simply because they're rich. So, they'll follow whatever these celebs say about anything, ignoring the fact that such celebs are almost completely separate from and independent of the rest of society, and the politics of the day seldom apply to them.
>Who the fuck really cares about Kanye?
Because it isn't just America. People love and listen to celebrities because they want fantasy rather than reality.
Because celebs are usually pretty good looking and we want to see their titties and buttholes
you make many valid points, but is any of that exclusively american? brazil is equally if not more obsessed with fucking soccer, and european countries to a greater or lesser degree are also very focused on soccer.
in a general sense I believe that this obsession with sports/celebrities is mostly a form of escapism, as you've mentioned on your first post
>than they do about their own health, family, and/or lives
it's because they often have one or all of these things fucked up, and it's easier/more comfortable to focus on something else and pretend the problem isn't there than to actually confront and fix it
Im american and I dont give a shit about those clowns. Heres another question for you, Why does anyone give a shit about the royal family?
>Brazil
For them, I do see that they're very much obsessed with soccer, but I won't fault them as much because it...it kind of seems like that's all they really have entertainment-wise. I could be mistaken, but from what I can tell, they at least do care about and celebrate other aspects of their culture. I can't say the same for Americans, because it seems like not only does it seem like excessive consumerism *is* the culture here, but people even treat others and identify themselves *solely* on consumption habits and tendencies.
This, but also America is just major capitalist and everything that makes money is milked for all its worth.
TV, film and music make so much money that they use individuals following certain criteria to sell a brand. This brand (movie, band, song etc) is normally sub-par but works because it follows known algorithms and consumer behaviours.
Young, attractive and normally representing a pop culture or identity people wish to express.
Monopolized at the expense of quality.
OP is most likely a britfag who idolizes false kings, queens, princes and princesses
Bump
Nobody does. They care about their culture and the rpyal family pays for the parades and celenrations silly
The rest of the world is busy killing each other over soccer.
Why have a hobby when you can larp on your cellphone about said hobby and how good you are at it
This may have something to do with it.
The queen is the head of state of the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand... I think around 16 countries in total.
I mean most of the shit the royal family do is ceremonial duties since the fall of the empire... it's kind of history and culture now.
They don't you retard. All the film, t.v and, music industry and becoming boring as fuck.
>This why you dont do vanilla A list movis
whelp.
judge not i guess
Why can't niggers ever smile in a photo? They always have to have that nigger pout that I suppose they think makes them look tough & thuggish but always looks more like a petulant toddler during potty training.
>d
i'll spit on his grave
Why do Brits still have "royalty"
I don't give a fuck about Hollywood.
but u obsess over the women like this? childhood crush or something?
Homo sapiens is semi-eusocial, unlike other hominids. While we think of eusocial insects like bees and wasps as having queens, there are proto-eusocial examples of bees and wasps where all females remain fertile and contribute brood to the hive, analagous to H. sapiens. Further H. sapiens is almost nowhere 'pure' genetically, but has interbred with other hominids, including H. neanderthalensis, H. denisova, and H. erectus, with indications of other archaic hominids genetic contributions.
What I am getting at here is that, like bees, humanity presently is highly behaviourally adapted to focus on society, rather than individual success. Our hybrid nature, however, creates a very wide variety of behaviour socially that ranges from what we would call sheeple, such as you imply Americans are, to lone wolves, and even psychopaths, predatory or parasitic on society rather than contributory.
These adaptations are but poorly understood today, but certainly include a range of behaviours that would include people caring only about celebrity, as well as those that could give a fuck.
It is demonstrable that society is largely controlled by psychopaths, and that they do this not as would the queen bee, for their society, but parasitically, for their own aggrandizement. Much disagreement regarding such complex issues, so discretionary and covertly undertaken, arises over these issues.
American billionaires spent a lot of time, effort and money to control what people think.
They coinstructed class wars between the middle class and poor. Race wars between whites and blacks. Dems vs Republicans. And so on and so on.
If you look into American "culture" its almost all some sort of class warfare. Every class except the billionaires.
They have a nation of 350,000,000 npcs to get rich off of.
