I don't know exactly when the site went live, but people found out about it when an anonymous user tipped Sup Forums off to the existence of these websites last month.

tl;dr There appears to be some really shady borderline CheePee on the clearnet. The most notable figurehead is a person calling himself "Xi Lee", who often posts insane ramblings and whose web pages look very poorly designed.
Current conspiracies:
1) House of Xi is a legit sex trafficking ring and pic related is secret code for selling children.
2) This is all a honeypot meant to catch potential kiddie diddlers.

Pulling up image searches for his face brought up very little so if the honeypot conspiracy has any credence, I'd say that this guy is dead and the feds are using the likeness of some random dead guy as a figurehead for "Nation of Xi"

I'm not sure what kind of virus you can get just by opening a web page, but rest easy knowing that a shit load of people on Sup Forums were investigating the websites a few weeks ago, so if you're being tracked by vigilantes using spyware, you're in the company of a bunch of other 4channers.
I'd do a simple scan for viruses but I wouldn't stress it too much as you are the only person I know of who has had this happen in any thread concerning Xi websites.
