I think the only TV intro I really disliked was Boardwalk Empire, and that was mainly because it went on like 8 bars too long.
I can see getting sick of that one, but I liked it alright, and it was pretty short.
I thought Enterprise's was great for the theme of the show, being a bunch of bumbling children in the galactic community, but perservering through human spirit. I wasn't a big fan when the theme got remixed in seasons 3 and 4 though. Also I understand some of the dislike for it, as it was the only Star Trek show with vocals in the musical theme (the rest being orchestral to some degree).
