Why is democracy such an overrated and ineffective system that fails to deliver time and time again?

Why is democracy such an overrated and ineffective system that fails to deliver time and time again?

Even if it works as intended, it will only produce SJW and internal division that will grind any attempt at governance to dust.

India will be a superpower by 2020 you japoid subhuman.

WE WILL GAS YOU

India really wants to one-up China, doesn’t it?

>ineffective

India's GDP PPP is double your shitty country's you dipshit nip. you'll remain a permavirgin Why don't you kys

Gotta watch where you are walking in India. Below AND above.

>tfw China's pollution is getting better while India's is getting worse

If India is so rich, Pajeet, why do so many people shit in the streets?

China's pollution levels will tend to stagnate or even reduce, their country is investing very well on the environment recently.

wap.business-standard.com/article/economy-policy/india-s-per-capita-income-growth-lower-than-china-bhutan-117110200109_1.html

Not just that.

DESIGNATED SHITTING SKIES

Yep

China’s overall air pollution levels are down 35% from 2012.

that only happens in the poor villages and slums where its africa-tier poverty.

The smell of India

So... the majority of India.

dude, you are really fighting an uphill battle. you best flee before you make it worse.

Rajesh, I...

Democracy is more effective the smaller the government. I support the Balkanization of India especially.

This

m.youtube.com/watch?v=j4AmRtelWbc

>all those butthurt indians in the comment section
Hehehe

m.youtube.com/watch?v=5xFaH9qHi58

>the immense butthurt from Rajesh and Friends

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAAH

This is actually sad.

the smaller the territory and population, you mean.

...

yes pretty much. City-states of a small-medium population is the most democratic and efficient.

The taste you can see.

m.youtube.com/watch?v=bbjuaCSo5EM

your federal government is even bigger despite your country having a smaller population. Do you support american Balkanization then too?

m.youtube.com/watch?v=eHCaIvPN2rY

>Indians are this delusional

America isn’t a third world shithole with hundreds of millions of illiterates, Rajesh.

>nuclear power plants are invented
>on top of it solar and wind are invented
>still having smog problems
lmaoing at all of you from france. Just recently took a nice refreshing walk and made sure to take a nice big breath. It was so fresh indeed. After all, we enjoy much higher air quality compared to our neighbors despite having no less industrial or city activity. All thanks to the power of atom. Unbelievable that all these barbarians around us still have problems with this. You know, a while ago we joined a union of theirs called EU. We tried educating them, even shared our technology, tried to make them understand. What is the result? They closed what little nuclear they had with the excuse of environmentalism, which is absurd of course because then they should've closed the coal and gas plants but alas, barbarians will be barbarians. I guess not everyone received their blessing from Dieu like the noble Franks did.

ree that only happens in designated airspaces

Aren't these types of Americans autistic about small gov and individual states being more independent?

>literal rain of shit
just when you thought things can't get any shittier

>*gets FUKUSHIMA’D by a muslim peacemaker and loses half his country to radiation like the Japs*

>Country
>European Union

There’s a reason they are brown.

pretty sure indians didn't vote for poor air quality CIDFcuck

>oxygen levels in parts of the river is zero
jesus christ

Because we let poor people vote.

I'm a little surprised that China is that low. It's a big country, I guess that'll skew it.

Nice Flux you fucking literal faggot

They certainly didn't vote to limit it when they should have, Pajeet. You can't crow about being the world's largest democracy while simultaneously blaming your problems on "the politicians" as if they fell out of the sky like drops of shit.

Because capitalism cannot coexist with democracy. We cant allow a few (((people))) to own everything and honestly believe everyone has an equal say in the political system.

We didn’t vote for Iraq to become a shitshow either. Didn’t change the fact electing Bush (twice) did.

India is a big country as well, Rajesh

Happens in Chennai and Delhi. First one houses one of the longest coastlines in Asia and the other one is the capital city. Seen it myself.

This river is considered the birthplace of India.
How metaphorical.

I have a question for you, good sir.

How come everyone percieves China as having the worst pollution when factual statistics have shown India to be the worst since at least 2012?

Is it because Westerners hold East Asians to a higher standard than brown people?

Indians do not get the opportunity to vote for environmental reform regardless. India's problems are unique to its own, just as its cultures; democracy is the only route to stable governance in India as a result of its inherent diversity. Neither you nor I need to be pajeet to understand that, as well as that China is only now coming off of a horrible social and economic slump due to excessive authoritarianism

Which is like what 600 millions of people?

...

>China is only now coming off of a horrible social and economic slump
So what do you describe India’s current state as? A permanent social and economic slump?

Chinese don’t even get to vote, yet you hold them to a higher standard.

>blaming democracy and not industrialization
industrialization was a mistake

India GDP is growing 7% annually, they'll quickly grow out of their poverty problems

google.com/amp/m.indiatoday.in/lite/story/gdp-growth-rate-economic-slowdown-narendra-modi-arun-jaitley/1/1038563.html

Umm no, sweetie. Averaging about 6.2% over the last two years. Lower than China, a far richer nation per capita, I might add.

1. Communist states are always marked as bad since WWII.
2. China's emerging economy is directly competing against the other powers.
India is not communist and not a competing power

So the Western media doesn’t need to write hate articles about them?

Indians enjoy an incredibly large middle class with high purchasing power. Both China and India are filled with rural delinquents who live in perpetual poverty and ignorance. For the former, their opportunities were stifled and siphoned by a hungry authoritarian factory. For the latter, they merely choose to stay close to home.

China has decades to catch up with the social freedoms enjoyed by indians, and yet with all their industrilization their money goes no further towards quality of life

So India gets a free pass for the very same problems China gets criticized for.

>India is not communist
No one is communist in the literal sense, but India is still under significant influence from communism both historically and presently with its marxist parties who receive a decent proportion of legislative power. See West Bengal and Kerala, both veteran communist states

"""""""democracy""""""
kind of nonexistent, well at least not as anything except an oligarchy that largely weakens, subverts or dismisses democratic process and its results anyway.

>China has decades to catch up with the social freedoms enjoyed by indians
Like gang rapes, cow vigilantes, and street shitting?

I think Chinese will choose economic freedom over those social “freedoms”.

Because it's embeded in american identity and the jews use it to subvert humanity.
youtube.com/watch?v=t1z2YMYl8d0

>China has decades to catch up with the social freedoms enjoyed by indians
Like the freedom for unaccompanied women to be outside after 9 PM without the constant threat of being raped?
Like "freedom of speech", which is worse than China's in cases like banned books and prosecution for comments on social media?

>yet with all their industrilization their money goes no further towards quality of life
Literally what are you on about? China has a higher HDI, and its citizens have more disposable income and greater life expectancy.

I'll give you an honest assessment to your question as you meant it. I am white, descendent from rulers over here and I was fully Westernized from the beginning and grew up in a comfy forested area in a big city.

I thought that New York had the worst polluted city in world and European cities were comfy because that is all the news I consumed.

I perceive the West to be the best of the best and frankly don't give a moments thought to the flag above me or its people.

And indeed, I'll be moving to the west soon.

That should answer your question about higher standards.

A couple Indian states != the central Indian government

>I am white =^]

Journalist write whatever that generates view, for example how often do you hear the Indians are taking our job than the Chinese are taking our jobs, so it's only natural for china to be in the spot light.
Authoritarian government might be a better word.

India usually performs at 7% in the past couple years. The recent dip towards 5-6% was caused due to the demonetisations of the 2 highest tenders along with the rollout of the GST earlier this year.
A fall of up to 2% was the expected outcome. Hardly a surprise.

But Indians “steal” our jobs just like the Chinese. Have you seen H1B visa abuse?

The problem is that when China was as poor as India it was growing 12% per year and the yuan was appreciating rapidly.

Succesful democracies are not reak democracies but parties that are run from expert circles that suggest giving you a choice.
See USA for example.

it works better in small groups with similar people

China had to grow +15% average over 30 years to get where it is. You think 7% is good? If you guys want to improve you need to start taking lessons.

>Over regulated market up everyone's ass
>Bloated bureaucracy
>45-51% employed in agriculture compared to 1-2% in the West.

Anyone will tell you that 50% employment in agriculture is early 20th century tier. You're still stuck in the 1930s.

That's the beauty of authoritarianism.
>expecting democracy to be as good as an efficient authoritarianism
Simply impossible.
Additionally, growth rate in democracy are also inversely proportional to population size.

For fucks sake, the government couldn't even pass the Land Acquisition Bill which could've helped it establish industrial zones and some such as required because "muh poor farmers" raised by the opposition.
Indian democracy functions well, but it's to such an extent that they've forgotten the main goal itself: betterment of the country.

But hey better late than never. It's atleast not like the 70s where the socialist mentality had the politicians debating on whether growth itself was necessary or not.

I lived in India for a couple of years and from my experience, I can quite surely tell that India is one of the worst places to live in the world. Cars and rickchaws ceaselessly and relentlessly are squealing all day and everyday. People are spitting on the ground despite the innumerable signs on the walls saying "spitting on the ground is prohibited". Also a myriad of Indians came to swindle me and lure me into their traps, saying they wanted to show me to a "government-running" travel agency to help me with my travel. If I had to put all the stories here, it'd take forever.

I agree whole heartedly. The whole farmer thing is a huge mess and one of the reasons why I'm not particularly pained that farmer suicides are happening all over.
Maybe atleast their children will decide not to go for it.

Alright. Thanks for the responses.

You should be hanged to a cross.

Authoritarianism isn't "beautiful". It's violent, messy and bloody. Different forms of monarchies and republics have helped the West to were it is. Not without bloodshed.

Stop blaming democracy and romanticizing the West.

>Bourgeois democracy

Take minimum or median wage pooinloo and nip
Have them switch places, ceteris paribus
Which one has higher purchasing power after converting their wages into local currency?
PPP is a meme that ignores free movement of capital.

Calm yourself down. Nowhere did I state I wished for an China style authoritarianism.
Speaking purely economically, they'd done well in a way that's impossible for a democracy with its constant one-upping.

I don't mind the current pace. Sure it's pretty bad and an easy source for jokes but hey, times change, people change, countries change and the world changes.

It's not a meme. It shows nicely how much an average person can purchase with its money.
