Fine. If you want a proper response as to why Africa can't support as many people as India, you just have to look at the geography.
Both India and China are incredibly fertile (in the areas that are inhabited).
Africa on the other hand is either dense jungle, or desert for the most part.

The only reason why people in poor countries have so many kids is that they are pretty much the only life insurance they can rely on when they're old, family is everything those people have over there. One of the biggest reason for low birthrates in wealthy nations is that children cost you a shitton of money for 18ish years until they are somewhat self-sufficient.
