Why did they land miles away from the city and then walk there?

Why did they land miles away from the city and then walk there?

Why not just attack the city from the air?

Boy, this has not aged well.

Why didnt sheev just take both the clone and droid army and use the combined might to wipe out the jedi and take the republic by force?

anyone know what game this is?

Why in EP3 did Samuel L. Jackson only bring like 3 homeboys to take down the baddest motherfucker in the galaxy? Didnt he expect resistance?

WHAT SEGA GENESIS GAME IS THIS

He didn't expect the spin tricks

That star wars prequel game that came with the original xbox was kino tho

Why was the prequel trilogy made in the first place?

>tfw these are all real models and autists believe it's cgi bc of the prequel circlejerk

They landed where they should have, in an area with landing space for their troop transports, and far away enough that you didn't risk being shot by the city defenses

Also I know some people assume the landing party with Qui Gon JInn is the same as the one that occupies Theed, but I would argue it's more logical to assume that there are several landing parties as they will have to occupy more than just the capitol city if they want to maintain order, prevent starships from fleeing, and avoid any messages from getting offworld

thats a silly question

for art, of course

honk honk best prequel game coming through

$$$$

ROGUE SQUADRON FROM N64 IS THE GOAT

ALSO LOOKS BETTER THAN OP PIC

They had their bombardment policy set to Light so they didn't annoy their most powerful faction which was the only thing keeping the CIS Empire in the green on Influence gain, which they needed for their frontier outposts since they wanted to get a station built in a good spot for far-away repairs.

you mean for money

Anakin was a Mary Sue.

Because they wanted to recreate the fucking ice planet thing

That's not Jedi Power Battles

>GOAT
>not Masters of Teras Kasi

how dare you, sir.

Maybe they had really good AA defense? Did you not think this through at all?

Nothing mary sue about being a slave that worked on droids. He didn't intantly beat a trained sith apprentice in a lightsaber fight his first time holding one.

Droids were a superior ground force.

They didn't stand a chance unless there space control station blew up, which it did in the movie.

He wasn't the senate yet. He needed to make an enemy to defeat to become the senate.

All those dudes were Jedi masters, and Windu was the best Jedi swordsman.

And depending on who your talking too, Windu defeated Sidious and managed to channel force lightning back by using his lightsaber.

tis a hitten city

Because it's a fantasy movie for children.

I'm not shuah

because they'd level the entire city by landing their massive landing craft on top of it

Even back then, one thing has always bugged the shit outta me
Wheres all the trees?
Who's been cutting the grass all the way out there?

Why didn't they just build a bunch of empty repair stations without guns to keep the costs down? No worries putting them in hostile territory.
Also, were they such primitive fucking goons that they didn't have any living metal for auto repairs?

What video game was pic related from?

Why don't capital ships in Star Wars ever engage in space to ground bombardments? Why was the Death Star such a big deal when the Empire could already just use Star Destroyers to glass a planet? Why didn't the Separatists begin glassing Republic worlds until the Senate granted them independence, why would they ever actually invade a Republic world like Kashyyyk with ground forces?

>Why not just attack the city from the air?

Airborne assaults are very risky. Look up General Montgomery and the failed Operation Market Garden.

Because you are extremely vulnerable during an air insertion. It's the same reason why airborne soldiers don't parajump right into an enemy position. You land in a safer area away from the enemy and then engage.

Retard

Generally given the quality of the phantom menace, it's weird how many good games there were based off it.
