When people start talking about Anglos and Americans join in as if they are

when people start talking about Anglos and Americans join in as if they are

>mfw people use the normie 'when' format for their thread instead of greentext

>mfw Australians start talking

>UK flag starts talking about AngL*s

Shut the fuck up, Normcuck

you should appreciate it.
makes you look way more powerful

>mfw people start talking about wh*Tes and Americans join in as if they are

>Americans think they have anything in common culturally with the anglosphere

Even these days tens of millions of Americans are still of British extraction.

That might be so but they're completely different culturally

It's not like "British" is a uniform ethnicity either. The English are all varying degrees of Celtic and various Germanic ethnicities.

>they're completely different culturally
*Cultureless

>they're completely different Cultureless

doesn't make any sense mate

>mfw i could larp as an anglo and people would believe me because of the flag but they would never believe a burger

You know what the worst part is? The world really does think they are as well

Why do non brits think they're anglos?

They themselves also believe it. They think "American" is an ethnicity

>That might be so but they're completely different culturally

don't get this, are you saying we're more continental culturally? Or is Anglo culture solely defined by the way Britain was in 19th century?

We really have nothing in common bar a language

I'll keep the words to a minimum for you sweetie xx

what about our legal system? holidays? nearly every distinct aspect of our culture still has roots in some region of Britain

yeah you're right actually because you have a vaguely similar legal system to England your culture must obviously be anglo, along with Israel's and half of Africa's

>Or is Anglo culture solely defined by the way Britain was in 19th century?
No. We share a lot more in common with, say, Australia than we do you. Most of the things we, the United Kingdom and America, have in common comes from "Americanisation"

Americans are very picky-choosy about anything of theirs that may have come from Britain. They're far more likely to downplay or distance themselves from it than not in my experience.
