She could easily relapse now that she's out of her care facility. I used to work at an eating disorder clinic and would often she the same patients cycle through multiple times.
A misconception many will have is that since she went to treatment ONCE, that she's cured for life.
If she doesn't stick to her "meal plan" and follow up with her shrinks, she could EASILY fall back into relapse. Especially if she just goes back to the same routines she did before... online bs for 6 hour live streams.
