Graphics in many ways killed gaming, making the visuals the centre of attention over gameplay was awful.
Plus its a scam from the graphics card companies. "hurr ur game needs all this crazy shit to run now", despite the gameplay itself being no real difference to its prequal made 10 years before, even controls being practically the same.
