which decade?

90s = Nick
00s =Cartoon Network/Disney
10s = ?

CN > Nick > disney

idk about now

Disney was always shit, I don't know how anyone could even stomach it.

Fox Kids

Nick because disney was for girls and babies

Nickelodeon because I was part of the Oregon Trail generation that makes up the late Gen-X / early Millennials that grew up in the 90's.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oregon_Trail_Generation

Completely agreed. CN didn't really hit its peak until the early 00s. Nick was king of the 90s.

Reddit=Nick
Sup Forums=Cartoon Network

Same here. 1982 baby.

COMFY

Yeah except opposite.

>elementary school would have inclement weather days where you don't go outside so during recess
>teacher puts on the tv instead
>a lot of kids want to watch cartoon network
>tell teacher "my mom doesn't let me watch this show"
>in reality I just wanted to watch nickelodeon instead

DEVILISH

1984 reporting in. Nick is accurate.

It's funny, I also knew exactly why we were called Oregon Trail generation before even opening the link.

Both of them have pretty shitty daytime lineups. Nick's daily programming is like 70% SpongeBob reruns.

The one true GOAT

Toonami

Nickelodeon for Avatar: TLA
CN is classic fun, edgy good shows, overall highest quality
Disney Channel is pretty lame, I liked fairly odd parents and zack and cody though when I was a kid.

Cartoon Network had the most quality

Although Recess is the best show

>fairly odd parents
>Disney Channel

???

HEYYYY DUUUUUDE.

>and it makes me wanna FART

different shows I know but fuck off

wife swap like hurricane
here in cuckburg
racist white men secret shame
it's a cuck-blur
They wanna see their wives, nude
Gettin railed by black dudes

Cucktales, woooo!
Every day emasculation
Cucktales, woooo!
Watch my neighbour teach my wife to
fuck tales

Find a stranger just to cuck you
I met this guy, dear can he fuck you
Now what to do just beat my meat to

Cucktales, woooo!
Damn I wish my dick was working
Cucktales, woooo!
All I do is sit here jerking
Cucktales, woooo!
Not pegging tales or tranny tales
but Cucktales, woooo!

I remember watching it on disney channel at some point, maybe they didn't produce it. I haven't owned these channels in forever.

I liked Teen Nick and whatever it was called on Saturday when they had speed racer and men in Black the cartoons

youtube.com/watch?v=wTcpqzQbRTI
To this day there's never been a better live action kids show.

>tfw as a Bong we had a whole channel just for Toonami

Felt good man

I'm so sorry you were too young to enjoy SNICK. Teen Nick was awful.

>ywn be a kid in the 90's again
>staying up late on Saturday nights to watch Snick
>no All That, no Are You Afraid of the Dark?, no The Adventures of Pete & Pete, no Classira Explains it All

I wish I could go back. It was truly the most tubular of times.

'97 here, can only really speak for the mid-00s. I more fondly remember Disney but mostly due to the fact it had an overall more distinct vibe than Nick or CN did at the time. More vibrant, more "interactive", etc. I don't consider it the best but that's probably why I remember it the most.

All in all I'd say Nick was the best for the mid-00s because at least it didn't have failed abortions of a show like pic related.

>'97 here

Leave now

Been here since 2010, sorry.

Nickelodeon was my favorite because it aired the most balanced and varied content out of the three channels. You had cartoons, game shows, sketch comedies, sitcoms, etc. It had something for everyone. Disney mostly aired sitcoms with a few cartoons here and there, while CN exclusively aired cartoons, so they got boring after a while.

No you havnt

This. Anyone born in the early to mid 80's knew that a life without Legends of the Hidden Temple wasn't worth living.

unfortunately I have

Disney sitcoms > Nick sitcoms
CN cartoons > Nick cartoons
tho

checkmate

To this day I've wondered why all teen anthology series were/are produced in Canada.

>tfw you will never wake up to watch this and G U T S ever again
;_;

>all these 90's Nick posts
I wish there was a channel that just played all these old shows (and only them) with the same commercials from the 90's. Ring pops, Crossfire, moon shoes, tie-dyed trapper keepers, etc.

The Adventures of Pete and Pete alone is better than anything Disney ever produced. Nick's sitcoms had more edge to them.

CN > Disney > Nick

Nick only ever had like 3 good show, Kennan and Kel, Drake and Josh and Spongebob

It actually did air on Disney Channel in some countries.

i just tried to be sneaky and put the TV on MTV and comedy central when i was a kid

and by the way, nicktoons slammed dunked on all those shitty channels

>t. clueless early 90s baby

You're good people, user.

NICKELODEON MAGAZINE PLEASE
youtube.com/watch?v=Oel0zjpKCwE

Name some more shows then you pleb

Holy shit, I forgot about this and I had a subscription!

for starters. Are You Afraid of the Dark? as well even though it was a Canadian import. All That is better than Kenan and Kel.

Definitely the most forgotten SNICK show:
youtube.com/watch?v=MDNZuGtYAeg

Since you included Spongebob, I'm assuming you want cartoons too.

Doug
Rugrats
Ren & Stimpy
Rocko's Modern Life
Aaahh!!! Real Monsters
Hey Arnold!
The Adventures of Pete & Pete
Hey Dude
Clarissa Explains It All
Salute Your Shorts
The Secret World of Alex Mack
Are You Afraid of the Dark?
Double Dare
Nickelodeon Guts
Legend of the Hidden Temple
Eureeka's Castle
All That

Pete and Pete was legit childrens' kino.
youtube.com/watch?v=-eA5XrcTFsc

Pretty depressing that Miranda Cosgrove's salary for a single season of iCarly was probably more than the budget for all of Pete and Pete.

this
I watched Dragonball on here before it came to CN.

Cartoon network

lol, you were that kids whose mother wouldn't let them watch certain shows.
I always thought you were faggots

I was sort of that kid but thankfully I always had friends like you whose parents had an HBO subscription so I could watch Tales From the Crypt and softcore porn.

My parents wouldn't let me watch Married with Children.

Cartoon Network for me. Such a plethora of memorable characters and creative shows. Not as many great show son it now, but I'd still say it's better than both other networks.

As I remember it
Nick
>spongebob reruns, boring sitcoms at night

Disney
>some interesting cartoons when you're lucky, mostly sitcomcs for girls
>I tell myself im only watching because im bored

CN
>only place for actual cartoons and action

Nick because of old Spongebob, Fairly odd Parents and Avatar

Nick's sitcoms have really declined in quality. They're super cheap looking Disney tier now.
youtube.com/watch?v=DKKdCUzZR50

The thing about Disney is their cartoon shows were spread across like 4 other channels, like ABC and their Jetix/XD

Nick had the best cartoon ever mad. Tell me 1 (one) cartoon from Disney or CN that was better than Avatar?

streamable.com/kp0m3

Kim Possible is arguably still their best overall cartoon. It's definitely neck and neck with Recess.

Most cartoons are better than Avatar lmao

(You)

Born in 86. Grew up watching Nick.

Cartoon Network.

bump

Nick followed closely by CN.

I rarely watched Disney.

Nick.

It was really the only choice when I was a kid. Cartoon Network mostly just showed reruns of old cartoons; it didn't have good original programming until after I'd stopped watching kids TV. I didn't even get the Disney channel until pretty late, and I think the only thing I ever enjoyed on it was So Weird. Nickelodeon had a good variety of shows, and most of their 90s output was genuinely great.

It was always Nick for me. CN took the top spot for a while like, 98-02, but then I went back to Nick before stopping altogether around 05-06.

I never really liked Kids Next Door. Some shows would take shitting on parents/adults in general to mean-spirited extremes.

Nick was good until Spongebob.

Disney was only good for saturday mornings.

>ABC
abc kids was like a single prerecorded 4 hour block of the same episodes of disney channel shows every saturday

Nothing can match the lineup of early 2000s CN in terms of quality:

>Dexter's Lab
>Powerpuff Girls
>Cow & Chicken
>I Am Weasel
>Sheep in the Big City
>Courage the Cowardly Dog
>Johnny Bravo
>Ed, Edd, n' Eddy
>Billy & Mandy
>KND
>DB/DBZ
>Gundam
>Kenshin
>YuYu Hakusho
>Outlaw Star
>Reboot
>Transformers Armada
>He-Man
>Thundercats
>Samurai Jack
>Batman/Superman The Animated Series
>Justice League
>Teen Titans
>Static Shock
>Pokemon
>Yu-Gi-Oh
>ATHF
>Harvey Birdman
>Space Ghost Coast to Coast
>Sealab 2021
>Futurama
>Classic Family Guy
>Trigun
>Cowboy Bebop
>Inuyasha
>Wolf's Reign
>Reign: The Conqueror
>Big O
>Classic Looney Tunes
>Classic MGM
>Classic Hanna Barbera

I stopped watching Disney circa 1998 when that zoog shit took over the network and they cancelled all the cartoons for tween sitcoms

I stopped watching Nick circa 2006 due to endless Spongebob and Dan Schneider taking over everything

I only recently stopped watching CN because it shows nothing but Teen Titans Go.

CN > Nick > Disney

I liked CN because it was focused mainly around animation and had more action cartoons.

I couldn't watch Cartoon Network in general as a kid. Only time I could watch it was at my grandparents house.

100%

CN peaked around 2003-2004.

If it was animated kino, you can bet your ass it was on Cartoon Network.

Did Disney ever have any good shows? All I remember them having were bad sitcoms.

i had one in my class who wasn't allowed to watch disney channel, and one who wasn't allowed to watch spongebob

>be kid on weekend watching Nick
>it starts getting late
>having a good time, max comfy cartoons
>commercial break
>cowbell starts
>drum roll
>bass line
>ALL MY FRIENDS
>KNOW THE LOW RIDER
>turn off the tv
