I can't understand English,so I don't wanna listen to British music.
I tried to English music (British music),but I can't understand.
French music is better.
The Cure is my all time favorite band tho
IT'S FRIDAY I'M IN LOVE
Sorry I prefer my cheesy synth-pop English thanks.
I probably do so more than other countries but I still stand by the fact that our music is overrated and shit
Didn’t know king crimson is English kek
>Didn’t know king crimson is English kek
You pleb lmao.
I do, I love British music :3
I trult felt what they band was going for after I experienced unrequited love. Boys Don't Cry and Friday I'm In Love made me feel like an angsty teenager but in a good way because at least it helped me deal with it.
i do but the current stuff kinda sucks
youtu.be
i love british rock
e.g. bonjovi,van halen,pearl jam,ratm,
I do. I'm literally a dnb junkie

I do tho, actually British rock from the 70s to the early 00s is what I only listen to.
UK music is popular in Japan

uk hard house baby
Farewell and adieu to you, Spanish ladies
Farewell and adieu to you, ladies of Spain
For we've received orders for to sail for old England
And we may never see you fair ladies again
We'll rant and we'll roar like true British sailors
We'll rant and we'll roar all on the salt seas
Until we strike soundings in the channel of old England
From Ushant to Scilly is thirty-five leagues
We hove our ship to, with the wind at sou'west, boys
We hove our ship to, deep soundings to take
'Twas forty-five fathoms with a white sandy bottom
So we squared our main yard and up channel did steer
We'll rant and we'll roar like true British sailors
We'll rant and we'll roar all on the salt seas
Until we strike soundings in the channel of old England
From Ushant to Scilly is thirty-five leagues
Now let every man drink off his full bumper
And let every man drink off his full glass
We'll drink and be jolly and drown melancholy
And here's to the health of each true-hearted lass!
We'll rant and we'll roar like true British sailors
We'll rant and we'll roar all on the salt seas
Until we strike soundings in the channel of old England
From Ushant to Scilly is thirty-five leagues
Remember when you were young~
I can't avoid it, fucking Ed Sheeran and Katy Perry are on the radio 24/7.
>The Who
>KC
>Jethro Tull
>The Beatles
>The Rolling Stones
based Britain
No new English bands really grab my attention anymore.
I liked Jai Paul, but he doesn't do shit. TTNG are alright I guess. Can't really think of anyone else apart from Radiohead. Sad how the mighty have fallen.
Do you also think Muse sounds quite similar to Radiohead?
youtu.be
At the start they were a pretty cheap imitation of Radiohead, yeah. Lots of English bands are
STATE YOUR NAME, CUZ
Wait I quite like Sleaford Mods, so there's another good English band
Genuinely can't think of any other ones beyond those.
...
I do :
Radiohead
Iron maiden
Queen
Led zeppelin
Elton John
The Who
The beatles
Annie Lennox
Coldplay
David Bowie
Depeche Mode
Gorillaz
Blur
Kula Shaker
The Korgis
Muse
The music
Oasis
Pink Floyd
The Police
Rolling stones
Deep Purple
The Smiths
Tears for Fears
Maximo Park
The list goes on....
t.
But I do
Sorry mate, i actualy think the Beatles are overrated by a lot, even if i like them
You forgot AC/DC, they're really British.
Actualy i forgot plenty, but i don't wanna type out a list of 500 british bands
They made lots of really really good songs tbqh.
They sure did, but i think that Queen is a lot more cult worthy considering the quality of the songs they wrote, The Beatles were more a thing of right place at the right moment
Queen were incredibly inconsistent. They never made an album where over half the songs weren't complete fucking ass. The Beatles are overrated, but are much better. You really can't compare the two at all if I'm honest
I completly disagree with your opinion but that's how tastes are
The best song without lyrics, maybe?
youtu.be
