University is more of a testimony to your crystal intelligence which can be learned and nurtured through environment. It also focuses on formal education which increases one’s knowledge foundation however does not have a major effect on one’s ability to learn or adapt.
That map you posted is a testimony to East Asian intellectual superiority in that it displays the measure of a native population’a fluid intelligence, which is something that can’t be learned through a formal education at a university. You are either born with it, or not. Some, more so than others....
