In my opinion,no. He was a great actor and Tony Soprano feels like a real person, but I think he gave it all there. Just like Cranston with Walter White (Gandolfini is still leagues above him).

he most likely would have never been a lead actor, but he could have done alot of good supporting roles.
like in killing them softly or the drop.

never had the makings

one trick pony

WHADDAFUCK ISSAT SUPPOSEDA MEAN?

WHY CANTCHA EVAH SAY ANYTHING NICE

DONTCHU LOVE ME

*breathes through nose*

As Tony Soprano yeah

He didn't need to.

He had already brought the greatest on-screen character of all time to life. He gave it his all.

General Flintstone

he plays a particular type of character so depends on the movies, saw him in quite a few decent ones

He's proven himself to be good at playing characters wildly different than Tony Soprano

As the Bloody Baron, sure

Absolutely if he wanted to. He stole every scene he had in Killing them softly. But I think he was turning into more of a behind the scenes type when he passed. He was a producer on The Night Of.

>GERALT FIND MY GODDAMN WIFE AND DAUGHTEEEEEEEEEEEER

>He was a producer on The Night Of.

He was also supposed to play the John Turturro character

...

>I think he gave it all there. Just like Cranston with Walter White

Cranston got an Oscar nomination after Breaking Bad tho.

He was going to star, then he died.
Then Deniro said he was going to star and dropped out.
They tried to get Eric Roberts but he was filming a shot by shot remake of the Best of the Best where he played every role.
Then they finally land on boring ass John Tutorro.

>We need a fat guy that breathes incredibly loud

Say no more

>He was a producer on The Night Of.

I remember that show. First episodes were done by gandolfini and they were great, after that it all went to shit.

he already had a better life than all of us

no, even his small part in Zero Dark Thirty was distracting as hell.

>Just like Cranston with Walter White
Please don't compare him to that comedian, and get the fuck out of my board.

...

>where's moishel?

This isn't twitter, we don't want to see your selfies.

...

You disrespected my sauce

aye he was gonna be a the Lawyer from The Night Of before his untimely death.

Would have been a big change from the sleaze bags he was typecast as but he would have done great I'm sure.

>gandalofini defending a paki
nah glad he went out the way he did if that was what he was destined for

>no Mussolini biopic with him as Benito

end my life
