I'm fucking hyped!
i'm going crazy if Wout Van Aert wins. Can't wait to see it live.

sporza.be/cm/sporza/matchcenter/mc_wielrennen/comp_eendagswedstrijden_2018/1.3154629

Livestream from belgian television. only starts like 13.30h or something like that.

15 mins ago the peloton broke apart. 70 guys are ahead of the rest. Will come together soon I guess.

...

Womens race: 3 in front, Chantal Blaak, Alena Amialiusik and Ellen van Dijk. 45 secs ahead.
Longo Borghini, winner of last years edition, had a flat tire at the end of an off-road sector.

when were you when pic related wins?

Yes i am to. this is one of the best races.

wout is a big guy

Looks wet, lads. Whats the point of riding a road bike through mud?

Favorites who have showed good form:
Kwiat, Stybar, Gilbert, Gva and Valverde.

>For you

my tv guide says coverage on één starts at 12:25, or is that the womens race?

it looks like it's gonna be women's race finish. Men's race coverage won't start till 13:50.

shame, cant wait desu

Damn the poor mechanics and soigneurs man. It's a shit day for them for sure, and I can know since I work as a full-time soigneur myself...

For who?

Yes it's the women's race, it's also in the livestream link I posted. (but you need to be in Belgium or use a Belgian proxy or something like that)

i think there will be a stream here
tiz-cycling.stream/

An UCI continental team, but I'm not telling which team, since this is still a sketchy site overall. But I make a good living since I know the job well and am not an arrogant idiot, which you find alot in the staff of big teams.

>2018

pic related right? I wont tell anybody

Oh no, it's not a Belgian team.

Are you bros with the riders or do they ignore you like a pleb
also pic related.

On the vrt website its not geoblocked last I knew, I watched the tour there from my holiday in Switserland. Looks like they still have not fixed it.

vrt.be/vrtnu/kanalen/een/#

Must be cool to travel with the guys, does it pay well? How much of the year are you away from home?

Absolute bro's, they are from a country with good people. Although they think they invented cycling but they are very good and they understand what we do and how much effort we, as the staff, put in the team.

okay that's nice

>RAI cant into live coverage

What a surprise

I'm on the road all the time, but now I'm home for over 1month and still paid.
I travel over all of Europe for races and I'm still in my early 20's. It pays good since I only do 140-ish days officially if I look at the race calender. But I do extra days if some cyclists come to Belgium for kermis races and the logistics are also not included.
But overall I work very little days in a year, it's a dreamjob.

>Looks wet, lads. Whats the point of riding a road bike through mud?
>Netherlands
hmmm

Italians did invent cycling though. no?

This female co-commentator sounds like a retard

who /van der breggen/ here?

Yes basically but it's a nordic team.
Lieselotte Decroix? Yeah she's from West-Flanders, and has a special dialect. But she's a very good person, my father knows her personally.

Why?

Dutch roads are actually great quality compared to rest of europe. I think best roads second to the GOAT roads of Switzerland. There is no need to ride dirt roads here, thats for sure.

she sounds like she has an extra chromosome

Longo Borghini looking feisty, isnt she a police officer in her daily life? Kind of sad that the female peloton need jobs on the side desu.

wow look at sagans tattoo.
pic related right?

...

post your bikes lads

Its standing collecting dust right next to me. to sad to post.

...

what the fuck is that

Sagan unirronically want to be a tattoo artist.

First of monumental ones scheduled for when?

VDBreggen absolutely destroying the competition

Pigeonkino

>tfw still a month before my first race of the season

hello fellow /n/igger. What is your FTP W/kg?

what are the best amateur races?

I just race license races, it's the cheapest way to race. DCU sucks ass but other than that it's cool.

too low

>only 1 bottle cage

sick downhill by the kraut

i just realized i ate all my fries

now im forced to eat potatos instad :(

Reporting in. Time to get /comfy/

nothing as comfy as watching the pro peloton plow through absolute shit from your warm couch

Your starting to understand now

interviewing bardet like he is relevant

So van Aert god good chances? It's pretty much just a long cx race without having to jump lol

Here we go lads

I don't think he'll finish in the top 10 desu

true, hes still young

is korsæth a nice guy?

>Norge commentator hyping EBH

>norge hyping
wow

Comfy Carlton Kirby.

that skousen commercial made no sense.

any relevant commentators on danish tv?

Sup everyone

Missed you guys! Let's get ready to another season

Thomas Bay and wentzel today.
some days its Bay and Brian Holm. Then its really comfy.

Soren Kragh wins.

>Based Matt Stephens on the mic

Nice

Valverde is a beast. Can't wait to see Movistar at the tour with the 3 leaders

>stybar attacks
thats new lol

literally how could he be so much better than everyone else less than a year after a nearly career-ending injury, is he just peaking now and going to plateau later?

passion and training hard (not doping)

>Stybar chases everybody down
>Kragh Wins with a late attack

/Valverde/ is just completely based and he must be one of the hardest working cyclists out there

It really is a remarkable recovery. His base fitness is probably really high because he's been training so many years. So he wouldn't lose much fitness with time off

Valverde is one big plateau

Is Tete de la Course riding this race? He usually gets into the break away...

Just like Froome.

This motorcyclist a shit

he took the intermediate sprint and dropped back

#asthmapride #donttakemyinhaler #30puffsisnotenoughs

Still months before I can get outside

For me its Kop van de wedstrijd

V A L V E R D E

is wahoo worth the money?

>Canyon
nice
>white bar tape
lad...

Valverde the absolute madman

Valverde really doesn't have to race in this shit.
