The demoralization process in the United States is basically completed already. For the last thirty-five years. If people will fail to grasp the impending danger of their development, nothing ever can help United States. You might kiss goodbye to your freedoms, including freedoms to homosexuals, prison inmates, all this freedom will vanish, evaporate in five seconds, including your precious life.

If I was wrong I apologize for assuming. But I was trying to piece together what happened and I think I have an idea.
Sup Forums is nice in some ways for putin's subversion purposes because
1. everybody expects Sup Forums to be racist anyways
2. it has a reputation for insiders leaking information
3. it has a reputation for conspiracy theories.
So that's a great combo for planting conspiracy theories into the soft heads that come here. And you know how a good conspiracy theory has a knack for sounding like it explains everything, and "it's all so simple," so it can even change your world-view and stick in your head. You notice details you missed before and it only convinces you the theory must be true.
If this theory is racist at heart, now you've got racism stuck in your head too, and now you're racist, with all the damage that brings to your society.
But Sup Forums has one very big problem for Putin's purposes, which is that it's free. You can't control what people post here, like apply to be a mod and start removing posts you don't like since people would catch on. So if some organized group has a different idea for Sup Forums, and they have more men and resources, then you're out of luck and you lose control of the narrative. You can't force it to be an echo chamber.
So that's what I think happened. Putin's helpers directed traffic from r/the_donald and every corner of the internet they control to Sup Forums to see the FBI user and High Level Insider threads, and also see the funny racist jokes and conspiracy theories and become one of your useful idiots.
But I think that backfired. Some group or groups, I'm guessing CSCC types and JIDF types, swooped in and started dismantling the narrative, right near the peak of Sup Forums's traffic surge. And then instead of racist "huur durr niggers" threads you see "look at this right-wing tough black guy isn't he based" threads already starting the deprogramming.
So I think Putin's helpers mostly packed up and left, or at least pivoted their strategy. Now you don't see many "hey let's be racist ITT" threads. There are still the Trump, Brexit, /cfg/ and National Front threads, but not even those are complete echo chambers and I think people who aren't already interested might mostly gloss over those. So Putin's propaganda presence feels greatly subdued now.
I think they're only other "mainstream" choice is reddit. Unlike Sup Forums you can't be openly racist but you can have very strict moderating to control the narrative. That's why you see weird rules like "you must swear fealty to Trump" and "no talking about r/the_donald's rules, even in r/AskTrumpSupporters." So it's like retreating to your own little soviet union where your echo chamber is safe from outside influence.

idk about Micheal Savage's subversion theory. It seemed kinda rambling. I guess you could say the constant attacks on Trump are a form of propaganda, like they are deliberately going out of their way to make him look like a mess. I don't think Yuri would call that subversion though.
