Why have so many active footballers had heart attacks over the past 15 years?

'80s Fiorentina is best Fiorentina.

Don't Italian football players have a high rate of ALS too?

Because top-sport is flat-out not good for your body. It's too much of a good thing, so any underlining issues you may have that wouldn't come out if you had a normal life, comes out when you put your body under extreme stress.

soy

This is part of it desu. Running that much actually puts huge oxidative stress on your body, releases chemicals that are bad for you, see it a lot in runners and bikers, now top flight soccer has you run so much so often same thing happens. Also
> Lel peds
> Lel cocaine and alcohol

That ain't helping your heart. In burgerland wr have a lot of people with marfans in sports, usually basketball, so there are lots of heart condition people, but my guess with soccer is peds, cocaine, and overtraining.

We had a team here in hueland that were basically the dream undedog story, coming from an industrial city outside the big mean capital, who suddenly started competing with the big boys, winning state championships, reaching league finals and even the copa libertadores (our monkey, manlier champions league) final in 2002. Then in 2004, on a match that was being broadcasted live to the entire country on the most popular open tv channel on the most traditional midweek football time, one of their players had a live heart attack. The backlash against the team was immense and they were never the same again. Right now they returned to the first division of the state championship for the first time in a long time and are trying to qualify for the Serie D (the lowest national league level).

The type of testing isn't standard across the world & apparently only specific tests will pick up conditions. Our very own Chris Naumoff didn't even know he had a heart condition until he had his Numancia medical

Doing tons of cardiovascular makes your heart enlarged, for most prople it isn’t a prpblem, but if you have any underlying heart conditions it can be deadly as you are constantly putting your heart under stress.

Dr. Fuentas

Ah yes, I also support folletto FC

>peds
nah
>cocaine
more likely
>overtraining
definitely may be a factor.
Soccer as it is right now is a lot more demanding than even 10-15 years ago

>many
Do you have data which compares the number of professional footballers that die of cardiac arrests with the number of other people within the same age group?

thumbnail looks like the sponsor is "toiletto" but other than that yes, it is beautiful.

>within the same age group?
That's not an equivalent sample group. They're professional athletes.

Fiorentina have always had kino kits.
