A black man can open any business he can afford to create, pursue any degree he desires, get any job he wants (with work), and black men choose to instead pursue crime and obsess over the entertainment industry and sports with incredibly unrealistic goals. And so blacks do not progress through society. Asians do. Poo in loos do. Latinos do. Every other race thrives in America except blacks. Blacks obviously see this and tell themselves it's racism and the white man keeping them down. Liberals reinforce this narrative in them. They see themselves as utterly helpless in America. Partially. The way our welfare system is deployed, it destroys the family unit. Blacks had a lower incarceration rate prior to the 60's, when common sense should dictate it would be higher due to institutional racism. LBJs Great Society destroyed them.

The other part has been our policies relating to trade and immigration. We've shipped off all the factory work and opened our borders. Immigrants and illegals take up all the service industry jobs blacks traditionally worked, and the factory jobs which provided high pay to low skill workers is gone.
