Just how the fuck did they lose? They were the better team for like 4/5 of both matches

Just how the fuck did they lose? They were the better team for like 4/5 of both matches

Juventus scored more goals that Tottenham over two legs, so they went through on aggregate.

LADS ITS _____________

>watching game
>spuds comfortably on top with a 1-0 lead
>powercut
>power comes back on a few minutes later
>spuds 1-2 juventus

the spurs bottling meme is completely true

Repeated crosses only works in EPL. Every other league keeps the ball on the ground, making them technically and tactically sharper

bad guys always win, get used to it

>keeping the ball on the ground with 11 players in the box

Why can't North London into Europe?

tßh hes not wrong. city would have made gorillion low cut backs and eventually score.

go back

You're obsessed mate.

Loser mentality, North London has this effect on players. No matter how much pundits big them up and spout memes like "muh 'Urricane, muh Dele, muh Eriksen", the fact is that Tottenham is a loser club for loser players and the only escape is getting sold to a winner club

Would you say Bale was a winner stuck in a loser team? He definitely seemed mentally stronger than the rest.

idk, he had 2 good season at Real but ever since he's been a bench warmer

He's a bad guy himself he should know

Football is a goal scoring sport not a performance sport.
We spursed it as we normally do, they get a goal and the losing mentality is established.

never trust a wounded italian

>buying the Spurs meme

They might be the most unoriginal, forgettable PL CL team ever desu. The Bale Spurs were way more fun to watch. Even Leicester last year were more entertaining

Just a plain old smash and grab. But since it's Juventus and not Burnley, we're supposed to pretend Allegri is a genius, because a team peppering your goal with 26 shots is how you win games. They're going to get steamed in the quarters unless they get Roma/Shaktar.

This is true for all teams except RM. They are literally the kings of cross & pray footie.

They're mostly inexperienced and they lost their heads after the first Juventus goal.

His substitutions were great tbf. Lichsteiner completely changed the game.

The truth is; Spurs gave up when they were 1-0 up, it is a strange kind of psychological surrender without actually realizing it.

Spurs were so dominant throughout the game and on top of everything, they ceased being motivated by the team in front of them, once you match your opponent in every aspect, it is very hard to motivate yourself, you could hear it in the fans, they also gave up as the game was dead, this collective surrender from Spurs was deception upon themselves, Juve weren't dead, they were waiting patiently for this very lull in the play to pounce. Juve knew this would come as Spurs are inexperienced at this level and treated the game as a derby with Spurs or some other EPL team, very hard for a leopard to change his spots.

He's not a bench warmer because he's a bad player, just so you know.

Jewish owners put money on Juve's win and made a phone call

>They were the better team for like 4/5 of both matches
The team with most CL titles is shit for 4/5 of every match and look how good it's going for them

Bayern is pretty bad as well.
