Honestly, I think it's a pretty good list. But one can argue that any name in high/top tier could belong in god tier, such as Sergio Leone, David Lynch and The Coen's.

The image just lacks the amount of names though. There are still plenty of directors to be listed, such as Masaki Kobayashi, Kenji Mizoguchi, Michelangelo Antonioni and Jean-Pierre Melville.

And Bay does not deserve belong on bottom tier. The guy has made some awful stuff, but some of his work show his talent and how much of an auteur he actually is.
