This desu. DOesn't help that sometimes they can be used interchangeably and sometimes it alters the whole sentence.

Video games are perfect for learning languages because you can instantly associate the new word with a visual, which helps you both remember it and guess meanings without looking shit up in the dictionary every second. The repetitive nature of gameplay loops also ensures the same bit of vocab comes up multiple times, helping memorization.
Planescape Torment wouldn't be much better than reading a book, but something like The Sims is the best way to learn by immersion.

Learning English thru frequent English media consumption, and lots of English conversation is the best way. Too many Japanese think the way to learn things is by hard study. If you just start to enjoy yourself with it, your brain will be able to start to build and recognize patterns, just like how a child learns their language. So instead of organically picking up the methods and ways English is used, they start trying to study and build a complete framework for English grammar when they still don't even have a full vocabulary to utilize such a framework if they even managed to build it..

Languages without alphabets are hard, and not for good reasons, for primitive reasons.

Italian is english tier in difficulty. German is only one step above that. Finnish and Hunngol are difficult. Czech is about little above latin difficulty level.
