Since they have a 1 in 4 chance of being raped every year while also only earning 77% of their male peers FOR THE EXACT SAME JOB, they are at a pretty severe disadvantage due to our oppressive, patriarchal society promoting misogynistic gender roles that force women to major in Women's Studies while only men are allowed to be STEM majors or support their stay-at-home spouse.
