Just catched Groundhog Day here on TV in my country .. and I'm wondering.. is there any more movies with this 'repeating the same day' theme? Not as good as Groundhog Day for sure.. but gimme some suggestions.
I love time travel movies .. and this theme is sort of time travel ..
"Premature" is a raunchy shit comedy but its entertaining "Coherence" is similar in theme but much darker and actually pretty solid

Memes aside, I fucking love this genre, so let's see if I can get some decent suggestions.
These two are top tier
Project Almanac is very watchable if you like highschool movies. Repeaters is groundhog day with assholes and a mediocre ending. Timecrimes is OK, notable for being foreign. Triangle is also OK. 12:01 (1993) is notable for coming out before groundhog day. Complete b movie garbage, but comfy. Based on 12:01 pm (1990) which reminded me of a twilight zone episode, which in turn was based on a short story. what this user said, though I felt like coherence ended way too fucking soon Primer is great, though a bit of a different format. Also purposely confusing, so if you want some light watching, postpone it. this is not a bad list. Predestination is painfully retarded. 12 monkies is notable for being pure kino, even though time travel isn't really the focus and there's no looping. About Time is OK. Not a bad romance, central plot point annoyed me.
Honorable mention: before I fall, book. Mediocre ending and it's obviously a teen novel, but I enjoyed it.
There's more, but that should cover most of it. The biggest issue with these films is a terrible ending. It's why I'd rate groundhog day, live die repeat, and source code on top. Next, I'd probably put project Almanac. It's obviously an minor film, but I thought it was very underrated.
Of the other films, only ones I'd really recommend are primer and 12 monkies, though they have little and no looping respectively.
