ooh I'm not sure actually, anybody else know?

I don't know how to say this but they literally slipped...

Surely nobody would blow a 5 point lead with only three matches to go.

No city won there 2 games in hand and liverpool lost to chelsea

yes of course they did

I can't remember. It must have slipped my mind.

I think the myth of the collapse is blown out of proportion. Really, they just lost to Chelsea, which shouldn't have been too surprising. City won out against a bunch of bottom-feeders with a commanding lead in goal differential, so the choke at Palace was irrelevant.

Well, Gerrard is clearly a better player than Scholes and Lampard so to have him not win the league must have been embarassing.

Yes la, finally Stewies year la

...

Liverpool did their best desu with you sempaitachi

ABLs forget City had two guaranteed wins in hand so technically they were only a loss behind

You won't believe it but Suarez literally slipped and Chelsea won the league

Henderson's red card against City was unironically the reason Liverpool blew the title.

Here's proof of them winning mate, here's 5live's reaction!

>liverpool

kek never heard that before. almost hear the glee in his voice

let's be honest, with city's 2 games in hand they didn't really have a 5 point lead

Nope, it's not really outlandish. They needed to win every single game to get the title, they didn't quite make it.

liverpool were never that much in from
city wins those two games and only needs for liverpool to lose a game
which they did
in the best situation possible
but had they won all their games it's still be a title race til the last game
