The father grounding Riley at the table scene.

More than a single scene, I'd say I loved the general design of the Inside world, and how it worked. The Memories, Core Memories, Long Term Storage, Dream Studios, the Train of Thought (the little bit about Opinions and Facts always makes me smile). It's full of wonderful designs.

I love how if the movie only showed Riley's story the plot would be the plot of most children dramas about them moving away and missing home which ends in the kid running away (or nearly running away).

But this time they show whats going on in the head and which adds another dimension to the movie where it has its own set of characters and conflicts analogous to Riley's story (and directly affecting it too).

>Riley's story only
That would've been boring.

exactly what I'm saying

The table scene was what I wish more of the film was like, it was dynamic and fun and really interesting to watch. Just wish the rest of the film was good.

Better OP

...

I always cry at this scene. Always.

The concept seems like a ripoff of the Numbskulls from Beano.

Sick

the bit where Joy skates with Riley's is legitimately one of my favourite movie moments of all time. makes me feel all gooey inside.

What is your opinion on Dr. Pepper since Disgust obviously doesn't like it

it's my favourite of the mainstream soft drinks. DrPepper>bottled coke>Pepsi>canned/bottled coke

JOY DID NOTHING WRONG

This.

You know you're in for something special once this starts playing.

Update: apples and oranges edition

>What would happen if she actually did run away?

Did you draw this?

>apples pun
kek

Well, this is the worst thing ever created by man.

I contest that. So long as Pizza Toots exists, nothing can ever be rightfully given the title of "worst thing ever created by man."

Yeah, I really enjoyed how it built those metaphors.
If I *had* to pick a favorite scene I might say the very beginning as it stepped through Riley's childhood and showed how they worked while also showing how her brain, and her life, developed.

>Baby Riley just has one big emotion button

That was adorably accurate.

Didn't Tinkerbell and other fairies like her could only hold one emotion in at a time? Would it be like the single button baby Riley had?

Bing Bong going bye bye

I have now moved this up in priority for commissioning if I can somehow make these steam games useful

Joy in overalls is soo cute, don't you think?

I gotta know, dude, just what kind of circumstances have befallen you that Steam games are your most valid method of payment? I thought western Union would at least be a valid method if you were in uganda or something.

not criticising you dude, your enthusiasm's infectious, I'm just legit curious.

definitely cute, though I think regular Joy is cuter. plus the summer dress is far more fitting for her character I think.

follow-up point, what IS your steam id, Pasted?

The concept and the artwork were truly breath taking. I liked all the characters, particularly Joy, but I have to admit that I found Disgust hilarious what with the looks on her face.

Am I right to assume this is porn?

Weird, it got deleted.

I was expecting a "time to fap" gif

What do you mean?

>mainstream
What are the not mainstream ones?

dandelion/Burdock, cream Soda, shandy, lilt, that sort of thing. the ones you kind of have to look for a bit.

Why do you want my steam id?

just thought it might be nice to play a game or two or otherwise have some form of informal communication outside Sup Forums. you'll have recieved a request just now. If nothing else, the more people I can get to play Singularity the better.

I see.

I don't get why it got so much hate, I thought it was the most ambitious Pixar movie I've ever seen, the worldbuilding inside the head was fantastic, the character dynamic was great also. I really like the growing up themes that explored throughout the film, seeing the struggle how she adapt with the new environment really got me. And no villain in here is such a refreshing

Yes

>not delicious grape syrup.

>implying

Make it yourself then

the-collection.booru.org/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=37054

Use grape Crush though

Concept art Joy a cute!

...

>not the can
brb, doing it now

Done

Manly tears are shed at Bing Bong's noble sacrifice. Gets me right in the feels
In one way, it shows how we grow up and forget our made-up friends as adults. He had to let go so Riley could have joy in her life. I wonder what would have happened if he had left Joy in the hole and they both disappeared

thanks senpai

Futa Joy x Disgust

None of them, the plot was just spontaneous bullshit that they made up to fill screen time.

"There are no bears in San Francisco!"
I watched it with my mom and had to explain why I was laughing
When the pink elephant died. All though the entire movie, I was convinced he was the villain. Just looked too much like Lotso.

Continuation of the previous post

>Joy finishes on Disgust's face
>Disgust slams Joy
Ha

All of the females

>This thread will die during the night

>Take Riley to the Moon for me.
That always gets me because I really love space. It's like the show is holding my hopes and dreams hostage instead of Riley's.

I live in the east and it's daylight here. You westerners can sleep well while I take care of the thread.

Hey, guys! I'm here!

>Gaijin go to bed!
Okay.

When the memory balls mix colors at the end.

Fucking cuck, that was obvious a jew propaganda for race mixing

Into the Headquarters,
The Rileyfags march

In Riley's mind, summer 2016
Tanks line up in thousands, as far the eye can see
Ready for the onslaught
Ready for the fight
Waiting for the Rileyfags to march into the trap
Mines are placed in darkness
In the cover of the night
Waiting to be triggered
When the time is right

Imminent invasion, imminent attack
Once the battle started
There's no turning back

The end of the pedophile Rileyfags draws near
Their time has come to an end
The end of an era is here
It's time to attack!

[CHORUS]

Into the Headquarters, the Rileyfags march
Joyfags stand side by side to stop the pedophile charge
Rileyfags on the Headquarters, a thunder in the east
One million emotions at war
The Joyfag wrath unleashed!

I forgot. Watch the video while reading my lyrics.

The fact that the entire movie was about how it's not just ok, but sometimes necessary, to feel sad. I haven't had confident feels like that since I watched Mr. Rogers as a kid, and I would encourage basically al kids to watch it, and would actually LOVE a sequel about the necessity of Anger, the other emotion children are most often "not allowed' to feel (more often it's that parents take expressions of anger as defiance, but how's a kid to know?).

That would be great.

The concept . As someone who moved a bit in their childhood i could totally relate to rileys breakdown at the end.

...

I will never stop liking that image

Welcome back

I liked it when they showed what it was like in other peoples heads. I didn't hate the movie. It had some good feels, but I have no desire to ever watch it again. It's definitely worth the first watch for sure.

I liked it a lot but I was rolling my eyes a bit at the score. That sounds nitpicky, but at a certain point all Pixar movies are starting to sound the same.

I actually thought the concept was a bit cliché and cheap but it was executed well so I didn't really care about that

Oh!! That scene where they start becoming abstractions is probably my favorite.

I liked the abstracting sequence visually, despite it having no point in-story.
The dream studio was great too.
The credits scene was funny.
The message was nice for kids I guess, but it really didn't speak to me.
I didn't care for the plot, the designs, most of the jokes and worldbuilding, or any of the characters.

they kept Michael Giaccino since The Incredibles. personally I Thought this had a good score, but I can see what you're on about. I'd like to see a Pixar movie with based John Powell, or just hear a prominent and energetic score in an animated film in general.

I wish had gotten to see their rooms, or at least what's behind that door.

Interesting image. Source?

Behind the scenes stuff

>time for an ant dicking.jpg

Cool. Is that on the DVD?

I just found it online, so I don't know where it was originally from. But it's here it seems.

youtube.com/watch?v=FU7iN3zUVQE

So, instead of spountaneos realistic cause-and-effect plot you wanted a perfectly predictable plot?

Well, I actually agree that the movie should have been more well-written to allude to how Sadness and Joy were repressed and lost in Riley's subconcious instead of simply random unrelated shit happening to them and blocking the way for them, which wasn't a very good way to methapor her depression.

But other than that, the movie's representation, especially the emotions and the HQ, were very clever.

...

Loss?

We must try to join the emotiunion again to defeat those loud shitposters togheter. Let us call the disgustfags too.

W-We can help too, right?.

Let's make Riley great again.

Emotionposting is fun.

I think we did it guys, no pedophiles showed up today. yay

The emotion army is real. Rileyfags are done.
I can't help but notice that are weaker ever since their namefag leader defected and became a Joyfag.

Kick the pedos out, make the emotions great again!

I'm sorry, but I heard that Inside Out was very childish, just a generic kids' animated flick. What makes it worth the watch?

The visuals and the characters
