Ready for a proper Flandrian race today lads? Will the wind and rain help or hurt Valverde as he tries to extend his dominance to the cobbles? Will Golden Greg and PhilGil show Sagan who's in charge or are they going to keep their powder dry for De Ronde? Watch Quickstep throw riders up the road until one gets away, watch Quintana slip and slide, cheer for your favorite PCT riders in the break, put on Sporza and get comfy.
>be Norwegian cobbles specialist >talk about how much you want to win Roubaix or Flanders; how it's you biggest dream yadda yada >turn down QS/orica/Lotto to sign with a meme team filled with literal whos >whine about how you were isolated with 50k to go, bad support, language barriers etc etc. >contract runs out >shall I sign with a proper team this time? >NOPE! new meme team thank you who need wins anyway >repeat
Looks like Valgren went right into a barbed wire fence.

I don't expect Kristoff to reach his old ways again.
EBH however, I could see having a huge revival in a couple years, similar to how GVA seemed to make everything click in 2016-17. Eddy was so talented when he was younger, and he hasn't let himself go like Betancur. Plus he was quite strong in the Tour last year, he just needs to figure out how to win. He might want to get off DD though, maybe take a pay cut and go to QS like Gilbert.
Valverde in the lead group with all the hardmen. Big group. Is Degenkolb trying to attack 40k from the finish? Valverde and Lampaert jump from the group, should stay together.
Movistar might make him their main guy because it will probably be his last chance. With Landa and Quintana as domestiques. Maybe Soler too. Can't wait to see it.
Nathaniel Myers
That would be stupid. He has always lost time in the high mountains and TTs.
Henry Hernandez
2018 Valverde is a new animal. He will win TTs now
Levi Kelly
Winner sits in G2 and sports an archery-themed nickname
>he hasn't let himself go like Betancur. he gets a bit chubby in the off-season. not quite Ullrich-tier, but he's not as serious as some unfortunately
Jaxson Campbell
>Vanmarcke attack Waste of time. His great ability over the cobbles is balanced by his incredibly poor rouleur skills.
Jose Evans
I think thats just his face.
Luis Morris
>Reaching for a drinking bottle Just open your mouth homie
Connor Price
I'm feeling good about Eddy Boss. Looks strong, maybe a little more under the radar then other riders. He should be able to podium today at the least. No one in that front group is getting away alone, maybe Lampaert, it will be a sprint.
Adam Clark
wtf was that
Hudson Rogers
Wtf was that... Nobody even gave a fuck
William Thompson
>biggest dream Let's be honest, EBH handn't heard of these races until he was one of the favorites to win them.
