tl;dr It was an okay episode. Bun Bun was 100 Bn% better than CB in every regard. The episode addressed pretty much everything about Finn and Phoebe's old relationship while showing they're still very alike. They placated the shippers without giving them anything but still left it somewhere nothing was off the table.
6/10 - Better than a filler episode, worse than a main arc episode/flute song

Decent filler stuff while also putting to bed some issues. >Finn and FP back on normal terms, hopefully no more stupid tension >CB's role/place in the kingdom being clearer, doesn't seem like anything romantic with FP, just enjoying his role as a top guard >Bun Bun & Flame King's friendship being adorable and a way better fate to speculate on than him sitting in a lamp forever.
Now that things are all square and Finn's becoming more mature, maybe he'll finally find that Ooo Roselinen that he can have an actually mature relationship with instead of trying to start fights for boners.

This episode is actually deep. Bun bun represents what Cinnamon Bun could have been if he was just more outgoing and endearing. But Cinnamon Bun is okay with being a civil fellow, but also supportive of Bun Bun being chaotic.
Normally cartoons end with a Bun Bun type character fucking up everything and a Cinnamon Bun type character berating a Bun Bun, then some half-assed compromise played as hearthwarming gets done.
