looks like an SLBM test.
since it's miami, the cause of this effect is probably a submarine launched ballistic missile (SLBM) from an Ohio class submarine, AKA the Trident Missile.
Since they're old as fuck and nobody really ever uses them, the US military wants to make sure they still work so they alert the Ruskies and Chinks of the fact they're going to launch a missile then do it.
it's completely normal, the only reason you're spooked about it is because they don't normally fire these things off.
