Psych reunion!

tvline.com/2017/05/08/psych-the-movie-revival-usa-reunion-holiday/

Looks like it's time for a rewatch of the series

>Gus don't be the only black lead on a major cable network

So whatever happened to Roday's "Gravy" project? Was it even released?

Gurton Buster has gotten other roles since Psych but I never see Roday in anything.

>tfw mid 00s Sup Forums's fav cable mystery show was helmed by a mexican and a black dude...
Those were very good years for this board...

Because they just made good relatable characters who didn't harp on about that shit.

Shawns mexican

?*

James Roday got so fat

>their clue homage

couldn't stop cringing.

his real name is rodriguez, he changed it to roday

supposedly he doesn't like acting

just wants to be fat and direct stuff

I'll fucking watch it.

>YOU MEAN YOURE NOT REALLY PSYCHIC? IM BREAKING UP WITH YOU
Dropped with this bs. Show was really fun until they started forcing drama in

That last episode was one of the worst things to ever air period.

Lasted 3 episodes.

Gus didnt act like a nigger

When he got with the blonde qt of the show, he let himself go...

Yay

So glad I get to see Dule Hill not being a boring serious character on network tv.

We Bought a Zoo lied Shawn the last episode was good that one with Bruce Campbell was an abortion

The first 3 seasons of this show are the greatest to have ever aired on television.

The later seasons of this show were actually the worst episodes of a show that I've ever seen, but at the same time, it was so fucking fun to watch and I'm already wanting to rewatch the entire series.

Whatever happened to shows like Psych and Monk?
I feel like the detective genre has really died out lately.

Those Mexican genes man. Can't fight em forever.

iZombie kinda reminds me of Psych

>had a lengthy argument with my mother back when this show came out
>she thought this guy was the same black guy from Smallville

pic related, not a big guy.

What happened to Roday?

just a super fucking comfy show. the only procedural i've really ever gotten into. Ending episodes were nutty/wild but still enjoyable to an extent. I loved s1-s4 the most.

>tfw no more Monk/Psych Fridays

Such a comfy time it was.

What's Day9 up to nowadays?

the last season was pretty horrible but i thought it was good up until it

Hopefully this succeeds and we get a Monk movie as well as the Monk/Psych crossover I've been waiting for all these years.

>series ends with cocktease
>they set it up at the end and do nothing with it

HAHA YA WE GOT THE REFERENCE USA BUT WE WOULD ACTUALLY LIKE TO SEE THAT

Yes, the Psych vibes are the whole reason I watch that show.

>the sheer amount of shit they gave the Mentalist

will always be funny

I really enjoyed the show for a long time and then got annoyed and stopped watching and I could never articulate why.

I'm glad it's a common experience.

One of the most clever and wittiest comedies of all time. Highly recommend.

Would love to see the series brought back but fucking excited about them coming back for a movie!

Approximately how many corpses do you think this guy fucked over the course of his career?

I remember being mad when they changed the way he saw clues along with the extra slow-mo scenes

Best episode?

I like the one when they all lose their memory of the night before. this guywas good in that one.

I thought the last season was fine apart from the remake episode and the Bruce Campbell episode.

It's really the same episode over and over again. It's fun, but it's definitely not a show to binge.

Spelling Bee

Damn man i was about to make the same post picking the exact same episode

i've been rewatching it on ION and i forgot how much that annoyed me

*holds fingers to head*

I always wanted to be a black sidekick

that's a great one i think the fast and furious episode is my favorite

...

The blueberry was good product placement, not that I think about it. It wasn't the 2009 Ford Focus, it was "the Blueberry"

Great news everyone
