Buy our train
We make great train
Japan train is better
>Slowckholm
Turkey make better train than Sweden?
I am proud of kebab.
Defend Kebab
>300
speedlets desu
We don't have the tracks to run trains that fast.
FR1000 are designed for 400km/h desu
Turkish high speed trains are made by either the Spanish or Germans
You just had to ruin the moment didnt you
I'm pretty sure that they can't go that fast for regular service due to our safety regulations
Yep it's German, it's the Siemens Velaro. Same with Spain. Chinese Maglev is also German.
No idea why it says Germany/Belgium though?
KTX is a knockoff variation of TGV, so..
Also the scmaglev is not even in operation, the chuo shinkansen barely started construction. L0 series has been on testing tracks forever.
>bottlenecked by max operating speed
Then what's the point?
Dickwaving
>Barely in the top 10
Lmao
Sorry autism
The list is retarded, it has a operational speed for SCMAGLEV which is not even in commercial use. They might as well add the Belgian flag to the TGV which is what Thalys actually uses.
Spain is mostly CAF or Talgo, Siemens is a minority
>22000km
China has trains that operate at 400km now.
...
this isn't up to date, the UK is currently building Crossrail which is a direct train line between East and West London and beyond
>when a burger is a trainspotter
something is wrong
Crossrail isn't high speed rail tho.
didn't realise it was just high speed lines
WTF we war you, now, Japan
Britain will be starting on HS2 soon... ish.
yeah, ish
It'g going to take like 50 years to build it
But KTX is produced by the french, I mean korean trains are french. KTX is just the korean TGV
Still better than California """"high"""" speed rail even if hs2 finish in the next century
Well mid 20's to mid 30's but yeah who knows really.
Bring back Locomotion no. 1 tbqh.
On one hand I want it to succeed because I want the UK high speed rail network to not be the laughing stock of Western Europe. It will finally mean we can break 125mph with in cab signalling on a major line (personally don't think CTRL really counts as major compared WCML or ECML), fares might have a chance at being cheaper if we can buy off the shelf trains from Europe instead of them having to be made to restrictive UK loading gauges, and a reduction in journey times is always good
One big problem I have with it is the concept of HS2 it's self which revolves around reducing journey times to London. HS2 Phase 2 and HS3 should have been built first the possibility of upgrading some stations further up the WCML and up to Newcastle to take the larger loading gauge trains.
More popular here then you'd think

The State Railway Administration (Ukrzaliznytsia) has suspended the operations of its South Korean-made Hyundai express trains because of defects that, according to Ukrzaliznytsia, endangered passengers.
