Recommend some Kurt kino

Recommend some Kurt kino.

everything he is in is kino

gotg 2

The Thing

That Thing You Do

Captain Ron
Overboard
Escape From。。。
Breakdown

Tombstone (he effectively directed it and saved that movie, even if not officially credited)

literally anything

I like Breakdown.

escape from new york and that one in which he enslaves prime period goldie hawn

Tombstone technically counts but it's closer to Valkino

Literally this.

The Kurt Russell/John Carpenter commentaries are also the best commentaries ever next to Bruce Campbell/Sam Raimi

Escape From New York
Big Trouble in Little China
The Thing

Executive Decision

Big Trouble in Little China
Tango and Cash
The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes

Big Trouble in Little China

Escape from L.A. is under-rated kino.

It's a good movie, just not as good as Escape from New York. Still worth watching though.

he wasn't too bad in h8ful 8

his part in deepwater horizon was lame but historically accurate more/less

Soldier (1998).

>every movie hes in by john carpenter
>his tarantino-movies

fpbp

>early 90s
>at my dad's studio
>doorbell rings
>dad opens
>it's Kurt Russell
>apparently a mutual friend of Kurt and my dad recommended that Kurt dropped by my dad's studio since Kurt didn't know anyone in the European city we're from and he had to be there for a couple of days
>spend the rest of the evening talking to Kurt Russell
>he mainly has a lot of regrets
>says he regrets most of the roles he got, and regrets all the major roles he didn't get even more
>he regrets cheating on so many women
>tells me that I should never cheat since "the desire to cheat will never be as great as the desire to not have cheated"
>go to bed
>the next day Kurt Russell is gone
If it weren't for my dad bringing this strange evening up a couple of times I would've thought it was a dream. Kurt was one of the nicest people I've ever met.

Why did John Carpenter cast Rowdy Roddy Piper instead of Kurt in They Live? Don't get me wrong, I think he was great in it, but something tells me that there was a scheduling conflict or a payment disagreement, and Piper was the second choice.

Big trouble in little chins
Escape from new York
Deathproof (film is bad but he is awesome in it).
Tombstone

Damn。 Could have been a headcanon The Thing sequel。

oh no

he seems like a nice guy who's crying to contain his inner demons

offtopic but did anyone find young kurt russell's cgi really impressive in gaurdians 2? it nearly fucking fooled me

meta kino: Escape from LA

I liked this...

It was mostly prosthetics and makeup, with only very mild CGI to touch it up.

Literally everyone did, even if they hated the rest of the movie

I thought this was piper for a second

tango & cash, which also count as sly kino

Stargate nigga

Literally my moms fav movies.

holy shit you're right, i'm listening to the Big Trouble one right now. this is absolutely fantastic

Bone Tomahawk
Vanilla Sky
Backdraft
The Art of The Steal (it's a canadian b-movie but it was still pretty enjoyable)

Captain Ron

quintessential Kurt.

Are you me?

Are you fucking Japanese or something? Get those nip periods out of here. ばか外人。

I always feel bad for redditards when they still use kino. So embarrassing and cringey.

literally every Kurt movies except GotG2

The Thing that slithers in your ass at night

I wanna fuck your mom

far better Wyatt Earp than lame Costner in his

too bad they didn't do some Tango & Cash reference with Sly in GotG2
