Did it work? Do people care about Spiderwoman now?

Did it work? Do people care about Spiderwoman now?

Nah.

I will admit I started reading it because of Sup Forums always posting preggo pics and I generally like the comic.

It made her less interesting since this is what they went with.

A single kick to the tummy or a rocking explosion close enough to her will cause the baby to die. If anything it angered parents.

She gave birth to a beautiful Aryan superman that will undoubtedly be: Retconned, fall into a time portal, kidnapped and not seen for years, aged up prematurely and leave, or just be totally forgotten by the writers.

No.

I for one will love it when they reveal the sperm donor turns out to be a villain or a super of some sort COUGHCarolCOUGH

>sperm
>Carol

What

Well with the way they're drawing "her" these days might as well give her a cock.

This is modern Marvel.

It's probably Falcon's baby.

I was really hoping for that. They even joked about it in the comic. Her and Carol would make a great asshole lesbian couple.

No

For a shit title featuring a character no one cares about and a writer people don't like, those aren't entirely bad numbers.

Only the wolfman, Thomas , and bendis run.

Who?

He'll get a rare sickness or some shit and pretend to be Spider-Man for a while.

>But the digital sales are real!

First off her belly wasn't big enough.

Seconsly it was like watching paint dry, who was the intended audience?

Seriously get some new heroes or comics already! (gwen x aint count)

we can turn eggs into sperm, read you vetted science journals

>father turned out to be an anonymous sperm donor

>First off her belly wasn't big enough.

I know girls who barely show, my mom (super skinny) and sister (Overwieght) were like that, and then there are girls who turn into blimps. People

Best case senario really, though if the villain baby daddy thing comes to past they can always ret-con it into Jess was under mind control and doesn't remember the deed

I mean from a fetish point.

If they had of then maybe it would have actually appealed to someone

I want to pump her with my semen while she's pregnant.

I stopped reading her after she got pregnant
She was pretty interesting before but now idgaf
I dunno why they couldn't have just used Jessica Jones if they wanted to do the whole super mommy thing

...

Is... is this a /aco/? Or an edit? Please say the former, and that there is moar?

>'Select all images with Juice'

Edit.

I'm afraid I'm going to require more.

That one's probably the best that came out of the thread.

>Not into Carol
>Not into Futa
>Very interested in Sexual Predator Futa Carol
I'm both aroused and disturbed, but mostly aroused.

It's advanced level /ll/. You'd be insane to not want more.

I think there might actually be less Spider-Woman fans now. She had more female and preggo fetishist fans, though, so, yay?

It's getting dangerously close to the cutoff line, user. I wouldn't call those good numbers since it's been consistently dropping every issue even with the push.

They're going full desperate with back-to-back event tie-ins.

I actually really like this comic. I'm subscribed to it.

If you don't like Jessica as a character, then you're not going to like it. She's a stubborn, bitchy lady who thinks more highly of herself than she should. I can understand why that would annoy certain people, but I find it entertaining.

I'm also subscribed to every book involving a Spider-Person Marvel sells at the moment, so I'm basically the target audience anyway.

this shits gold, got any others?

I was just here for the futa Carol on pregnant Jess stuff

Ho my God this is fantastic

Is there a collection somewhere?

>I'm also subscribed to every book involving a Spider-Person Marvel sells at the moment, so I'm basically the target audience anyway.
I thought this kind of retardation only existed with the Bat books.

It's actually a pretty good book. Art wasn't my favorite thing in the world at first but it's grown on me.

Where do people get these numbers? I keep googling but cant find an easy to read chart,

>It's actually a pretty good book.
Tumblr, please

>quit liking what I don't like!

I was interested for a short while, when I thought Jess would be pregnant for the majority of the book, and the series would deal with her solving crimes and dealing with daily life while pregnant. She didn't even need to fight villains - just have some conflict in the book.

The first arc post-Secret Wars, with the Skrulls in the hospital, was okay. Focused entirely on action, which was the worst direction it could go, but it was okay. At the time, I still thought that they were keeping the father's identity secret to build up tension, and that the Skrull Prince would be a minor character in future arcs.

Then it was revealed that Jess just had unprotected sex and had a baby scare - when it turned out to be a false alarm, she felt remorseful and decided to go to a sperm bank. Not only did it blueball the people who just wanted to know who the father was, it painted Jess as an inconsiderate woman who got pregnant just to see how it feels like, and then is shocked to find out she can't balance superheroism with motherhood. Not to mention that the baby wasn't even given a name - he was just a plot device made to give Jess some inner conflict and maternal status.

None of the characters pre-Secret Wars, like Urich and Porcuipine, actually matter now. It's all about Jess trying to live her life. God forbid they try to shake things up by making her relationship with her son the center of the book!

I'm a fucking anonymous poster on Sup Forums and I could write a better story based on this concept than Hopeless could.

Will she lay them in a sac?

Sadly no.

Didn't pander to my fetish enough.

Hey, you got a small pandering. That's better than most fetishes.

I didn't know Woolie had a stand.

Those with a girl fetish were well off

>didn't even get any remotely halfway decent porn out of it

I kinda like that cover though. Kinda really fucking good.

Post some cute belly pics

Is it really that surprising?
>girl fetish
those sickos.

>jesus, look at the size of that thing
Khamala's ass or Carol's dick?

...

...

>Jess' facial expression
She's aroused right now.

...

Woulda been better if it said level instead of bae and was one sentence

Goddammit, this is much better than what we got.

I think it might say "Mercury bad."

Oh true, thought it was an exclamation mark, especially with that chad face hes got going

It made me care About the fetish art of pregnant spiderwoman

Comichron is the best choice but the user's sauce is the latest top 300 comics thread where Comichron's numbers were used for the latest figures while that user there (not OP) gets the remainder from ComicsBeat that uses ICv2 estimates.

That user also forgot to include the percentage differences for the latest data.

I kinda find the idea of Hulk saying bae amusing though.

>tfw preg fetishist

Kaileigh please draw more pregnant Spider-Woman for us.

>it's millions of spiders

>Then it was revealed that Jess just had unprotected sex and had a baby scare - when it turned out to be a false alarm, she felt remorseful and decided to go to a sperm bank.

Holy shit, are you serious? You're not just exaggerating for effect, are you? That's really how it went down?

I know Hopeless writes Jessica as a womanchild, but that's utterly ridiculous. That's like infecting yourself with AIDS as punishment for a HIV scare. Except it's actually worse since instead of just endangering yourself, you're creating another person just for a cheap thrill.

That's exactly how it went down. And the baby doesn't even have a name, even Jess only says my baby or my son. It just makes the whole thing feel emotionless and like they are gonna get rid of the baby at the end of Hopeless's run.

>you're creating another person just for a cheap thrill

To be fair, that does sound like something Spiderwoman would do

Who?

Javier Rodriguez deserves better than to be stuck on a Hopeless book.

>Then it was revealed that Jess just had unprotected sex and had a baby scare
Wait, what? You're shitting me, right?
>when it turned out to be a false alarm, she felt remorseful and decided to go to a sperm bank.
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat. You've GOT to be trolling.

This isn't fucking real. Can't be. Fucking christ, did Marvel stopped having any editorial control? I mean, all the memes and bullshit would indicate so.

Marvel let Hopeless do the pregnancy plot because he and his wife recently had a baby. They thought that the best type of person to write a motherhood story is a person who is currently experiencing raising a child.

Really, it's just a way to write the father out of the equation. I mean, what good is an internal conflict where Jess must choose between motherhood and superheroics when the father could still take care of her kid?
