Bart starts a successful youtube channel about pranking Homer, Homer is angry at first when he finds out but after realizing how much money Bart makes he quits his job to be a full-time prank victim.
It all falls apart after Lisa sabotages the channel by revealing it to be scripted and fake.

After finding out how much money is in college education, Mr. Burns decides to start his own university. The faculty includes Homer, who at first struggles due to his own incompetence regarding nuclear physics.
After watching several teaching-related movies including Stand and Deliver, he eventually gets better. He is then hired by one of Mr. Burns' friends, who builds robot students he sends to various universities to collect government scholarships.
Some of these are actually really decent ideas guys!

That's an amalgamation of two different episodes. In one Moe becomes a poet, after Lisa helps him realise his potential. And in the other Homer, Lenny and Carl end up drinking in Homer's garage, after Moe turns the bar into a trendy night club, then pretends to be a hunting club to get their liquor licence. The band is REM.
That first one is definitely real, at least parts of it is.
